Been here 20+ times. It’s good food, friendly workers, not sketchy (it’s Springfield)… honestly nothing but good to say

I’d shied away from this location, worrying about parking accommodations in the past. However, it was not that hard to find a spot. The guys working there were great, and he let me know that I had TWO free entrees and let me use them both on my carry-out delivery, along with my chips promo. I walked out of there with two burritos and chips for $2.17. Good old Qdoba is hard to beat sometimes!

Customer service was none existent. They did save me some money by refusing to even take my order.... so there's that.

Tiffany was great and super helpful getting our order prepared! Lovely people and we've never met them before so it seems like they're newer employees setting a great example!

Their main working working the front was very quick and professional about how they was helping making orders along with smelling the food some guy was preping behind the other two made the food look good and tasty!!

I tried it for the first time on the evening of September 28th, 2025, at the recommendation of a friend. The food was delicious, and the parking lot was convenient, but I was dissatisfied with the attitude of the employee working that evening. She didn't even ask what I needed, and she piled up my burrito before my order was even complete. Her expression was also very gloomy, and while I was eating at the table, she seemed to be talking to someone. She muttered and laughed to herself. If the employee had been a little more friendly, I think my meal would have been very satisfying, but that wasn't the case, which was disappointing.

Amazing experience. Wonderful attitude from both people behind the counter. Seemed ready to do their job. A specific member, I think goes by “Gabby” was so sweet and her smile really made my experience. I don’t usually leave a review but she was so sweet and very attentive.
