i don’t leave reviews too often but when i do it’s because the customer service is above & beyond which is exactly what we encountered here. the young woman and man that were working tonight seemed to make a great team, they asked us how we were doing, complimented myself & the kiddos in line behind us with big smiles, too! the beans (i think it was the beans ahaha) were superrr salty but everything else was terrific. we’ll be returning just because of the great service. thank yall for working a holiday 💗

The young lady that served us was not helpful at all. She rushed us through and when checking out she acted as if dealing with us was an inconvenience. She was yound and skinny with black hair. She let food fall off of the spoon and into other feed bowls. She needs to wkrk on her customer service skills.

We love Qdobas and had never been to this location...we were on the way to the airport so it was convenient and the qdobas sign lured us in. I HATE to complain, but in this instance I feel I need to warn. The food was OK but nothing like I usually get at qdobas, food looked like it'd been in the warmers a while. The 2 employees were very nice, but that couldn't save the experience. There was no one else in the restaurant. Floors were dirty, the area around drink dispensers and condiment area was really dirty, and not from a busy afternoon...you can tell it's not regularly cleaned, it was thick. I had to use the restroom and I dreaded it. Floors and molding at base of walls were black...it just looked 3rd world...my hubby got 3 little tacos which were OK, I got a chicken burrito...meh. my root beer was not adjusted correctly, it was really syrupy. I just wanted to leave. I can't believe this location is even allowed to exist. Id never go back..and after reading the other posts I see im not alone. The responses sound like they are co corned about bad experiences but that's just P.R. there's

Kevin is that guy!! He saved this location and I swear he’s working every single time I go no matter the time or day. He’s such a joy to walk in & see and always makes sure we get the food we pay for. The restaurant is always clean when he’s there and the food and portions are perfect. I can tell his employees work with integrity because he leads by example. I honestly don’t like going to any other location because I have the best experience here every time. Kevin deserves 10 stars!

He was the only one running the line and somehow moved faster and more efficiently than when there are usually two people working. On top of that, he had a great attitude the entire time. It was refreshing to experience such excellent customer service! Kevin really stood out and made my family’s visit a great one!

I’ve always loved QDOBA, but unfortunately this location has been the worst experience I’ve had. I usually come in around 8 PM after work, and the crew consistently comes across as rude, dismissive, and like customers are an inconvenience. One employee in particular, a girl with black hair, doesn’t listen when taking orders, is rude, and makes the experience unpleasant. Another employee (who reminds me of “Uncle Rufus”) is just as bad. The only positive experience I’ve had was one night with a brand-new hire who was polite and trying her best. Instead of helping her, the other two disappeared into the back and left her to figure everything out alone. If you ask why I went back few times,it was to see if I caught an off night or see if a different crew was working. The food service itself has also been disappointing, with items served out of zip-lock sandwich bags. I live only five minutes away, but I’m now choosing to drive 30 minutes to another location just to receive decent service and food quality. This is incredibly frustrating because I genuinely enjoy QDOBA, but this location makes me feel unwelcome every time I visit and is always empty and I now know why.

$12 burritos featuring less than 1/4 of beans and rice. The kid's meal had more food in it than either full size burrito we ordered. Chips in the kid's meal were stale and had crunchy old beans mixed into the bag. Chicken in the burrito was more charred bits than actual meat. Staff was rude and ignored us. Waited for them to make several orders after us before they bothered to cash us out. Not clean at all. Absolutely disgusting experience.
We usually go to the battlefield location and love it. This one needs to be shut down. Just hope my kid doesn't get sick from the couple bites she did eat before we walked out.
