I went to lunch with some coworkers, and the service was great. I was able to order my wifes food, and then before I left, they made it fresh. I ordered the steak and shrimp bowl. The shrimp was great, but the steak seemed rubbery in texture, but the flavor was good.

It had been a while since the Hillbilly visited the E. Sunshine Qdoba, so I stopped in.
Cora waited on me and fixed my 3 Cheese Chicken Nachos perfectly! The store was very clean and the service was great!
I'm really glad I stopped in.

Ordered online and showed up on time for my order and was given no priority and or response on my time frame for my order , Toasted the flour tortillas to a crispy and fell apart rolling the meal , caused a mess and made me very disappointed and disrespected on my lunch for work

My food was disappointing, cold at best, and far from fresh. They scraped the bottom of the rice pan to fill my bowl, resulting in about half a portion. As we were finishing my order, they finally refilled the rice with a fresh batch. The grilled chicken and spicy queso I requested were also cold, and they had to refill the queso as it was out. Only then did I realize they hadn’t offered me beans (also cold), and when I asked, I got about half a scoop. Finally, when I requested cilantro, I later found a 4-inch stalk with leaves still attached in my bowl. As I finished my meal they took the tea from the drink counter. Guess what I was drinking. When i asked the manager about it she said they were about to close. The sign said they were open for another hour.

I resisted the urge to leave while they prepared my food, it was a mistake

Closed and put food up half an hour before close.

Edited to add: they also promptly locked up after I left so they could look at their phones for the last half hour.

Stopped for lunch to grab a few people lunch. No signs anywhere that say they don't accept big bills. Ordered my food they made it all and wouldn't accept my money. They would rather throw the food away than accept a $100.

Manager left crew without guidance or supervision. Three over worked and under appreciated employees had to navigate a lunch rush while missing ingredients on the line. Several angry customers left ahead of me. Worst experience I’ve had there. Manager sucks.

We’ve been going to this Qdoba for over 5 years and the quality of food, service and cleanliness continues to decline. Tonight was the worst form of customer service I’ve seen. I witnessed a new employee being yelled at and diminished in front of customers because she was “too slow”. Absolutely terrible atmosphere making everyone in line uncomfortable. I understand it’s hard to find employees, but the employees looked rough, acted rough and showed no interest and providing quality food or customer service.

Not worth the cost anymore. Just tried to order delivery from the app and it wanted almost $12 in fees and tips after the food cost. I know we're all struggling in this economy, but that's absurd. I know I live VERY CLOSE to this restaurant and could just as easily drive over there and pick it up, but I just deleted the app and thought it best to not eat out anymore. Sorry, guys, but Qdoba is just as expensive as any sit-down restaurant now and it's not worth the cost. I love your food, but I'm not paying dang near $40 (even with a redeemed reward) for two people to eat. That's $20/person for ONE burrito each AFTER promo/free item. No.

I visit this past weekend there's no customer service like the people behind the counter no smiles very stone face the food was good bathrooms were dirty no napkins in the dinning room area place was a bit dirty

I always enjoy going to Qdoba after church on Sundays however this Sunday service was not as friendly as usual portions was extremely small even for rice and beans don't think I'll be back anytime soon

Wow, this is a terrible location. There was no air conditioning, lids for drinks, the place was a mess, sweet tea was definitely not sweet. The staff seemed so frazzled and there was hardly anyone in there. We ordered online and ate in store, but waited forever and our order was wrong. Had to request parts of our order several times. Feel bad for staff: they looked overwhelmed. But that was a horrible experience and we won’t be returning.
