Walked in and was greeted right away. Carrie was at the counter helping me pick what I wanted on my burrito and she was funny friendly and really made me feel seen. Its been a long time since a food worker made me feel actually apreciated and it really made my visit great. I dont know why but this location has been so much better the last couple months everything feels fresher staff is nicer and the vibe is just way better.

These group of employees are amazing. They are always so nice, REMEMBER MY ORDER, and remind me of deals to snag and always enthusiastic with customers. 10/10 wit this location (never out of ingredients either šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’ØšŸ˜‰)

I always Love their food and I always get the something. I love that their food is fresh and homemade (unlike some products at Chipotle)...
At Qdoba they make their own guacamole by hand and they also prep and make all of their food (other than the cheese sauce and salsas that come in bags from the corporate company)- but they both are still SO GOOD

Food is good but a bir expensive. This location smells like mold. We've walked out of the location at kansas and republic road twice in the last two months cause we can't get waited on.

To Eugene and Marlin at the Battlefield location in Springfield - In a world where outstanding customer service is fading away, you both made our eat in experience perfect from the second we walked in the door. Eugene was personable, friendly and funny and very polite and professional. It was more than refreshing, it was exactly what we needed after a long day. These 2 guys were the best and should be the example of how to treat customers. Thank you!!

Amazing clean, delicious, great customer service! Not many places have good vegetarian options that taste good. I ordered the veggie bowl, was amazed they had brown rice, and even had mango salsa and great guacamole! Will definitely be back often!

Ordered a chicken burrito, it came as a bowl, totally cold, with maybe like 4-6 dry pieces of chicken with some small grizzly chicken bits. Definitely from the bottom of the pan as if they had run out and given me the scraps that were left. Then, the bell peppers for the roasted veggies were cold and completely raw and cut into huge inedible pieces. I don’t normally complain or post reviews from fast food because in this day and age, I know people are underpaid and overworked, so of course they don’t care, but this was so gross that I figured someone in management should know. There was also no pickled onion or cilantro.

Food was great. This location charges for extra guac. Never been charged for two scoops before. They also don't do the free kids meals like the Kids Directory says. Think I'll be sticking to the other location from now on.

This Qdoba rocks! Super clean dining room. šŸ‘Œ
Clean kitchen as well. Great selection of options. Had the habenero lime steak salad with mango salsa. OMG, Soooo good. Queso and guacamole NOT extra. And all the cilantro you want. FRESH chips. Seriously, the local Chipotles need to learn a few lessons from Qdoba and this location in particular. They HAD everything and were NOT out of anything. Our new go to šŸ˜ fav!

I had a wonderful experience at QDOBA thanks to Matt, who was incredibly kind and professional. I’m strictly vegetarian and have a meat allergy, and Matt was very patient and attentive throughout the ordering process. He made sure to handle my order with extra care and ensured there was no cross-contamination.

What truly stood out was how he went above and beyond — he served a generous portion, much better than what I’ve received from other servers. He also took the time to ask whether it was for dine-in or carry-out and wrapped my food very securely. That level of attention really makes a difference.

To be honest, during a previous visit, another server was a bit rude and didn’t take the time to ask if it was a to-go order or if I was dining in. It felt rushed and dismissive. Matt, on the other hand, made me feel heard and cared for. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

Great food and staff, food was delicious but a little too messy. I got the quesadilla and it was great tasting just fell apart a little too much. Not really complaining about food but more about the sticky tables around the booths. Staff were friendly and fast!

Had a very disappointing experience at this Qdoba today. After putting an online order I realized immediately that I did not change the time from asap to a later time. I called the location immediately.

Order placed 10:54.

Called 10:55. No answer. Left voicemail.

Called again 10:57. No answer.

Called again 10:59. They answered.

I apologized for the mistake and asked if we could change the pick up time. Was told absolutely not - the order had already been made. I was told all the food was made and that I had to come pick it up. I could not pick up order until 1:30 as it was for an office lunch. I understand that I made the mistake, however I attempted to fix it immediately. According to my online receipt, the order should not have been ready until 11:10 - 11:25. When asking the location manager how I could have made resolution with the mistake, I was told that I should always double check the time and that this is ā€œrestaurant businessā€ and they could not do anything about it. While I agree it was my mistake, the mistake was noticed IMMEDIATELY and was attempted to be fixed within seconds. I could not do this online so I called.

It did upset the recipients of the meals as the food was not fresh or appetizing and had been sitting in the warmer for hours. Hot food should be held at proper temperatures and served fresh. To be honest, it was grossly disappointing for everyone.

Quality of food matters. And unfortunately, this was a very soggy lack luster meal. I felt as though I received poor customer service and lack of accommodations on a fixable mistake. Being told ā€œthis is restaurant businessā€ is not a response that I agree with. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was disappointed that there was no option or flexibility to delay or remake the meal.

I’ve always enjoyed Qdoba and was hoping for a better experience, especially with mobile ordering. I would appreciate it if you could consider offering a remake policy for situations like this, or at least provide some form of resolution.
