QDOBA Mexican Eats

I actually really like qdoba!! The nachos are great and the quac is delicious! Especially when it's all fresh! The girls working here were friendly and funny.

All of the commercials you see make this place look so immaculate, but that's not the case. The atmosphere was slightly run down. The music was way too loud, especially in the bathroom. The people who were in the process of refilling you could see all the dirty dishes on the counter. They weren't taken out before new stock was put in the person who served us. I think she was. The manager didn't exactly have the best attitude when we asked her what she would recommend she's like I don't know. I don't really care for it. I don't eat the stuff. The other girl didn't really say too many things to us. The arrangements that they have the with the tall chairs the metal were pretty banged up for supposed to be being so new and overall I was not really too happy about the food either. Food was hot which was nice but the rice that they had was not completely cooked. It had hard rice in there, not very much flavor to the food at all. So if you're planning on spending an excessive amount of money like 50 bucks for three people for food, I think I would go someplace else

Me and my mother just went there, our order was 32.94 and we had a new team member making my mom’s food and she wasn’t very nice or giving with the food. In all honesty it will be our last time eating at this one because they were very stingy with meat and the queso was two different colors, not the Diablo but both white queso’s were different colors.

This was supposed to be a steak quesadilla with guacamole and sour cream. But instead it's a tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese. Cost $12.35. Unacceptable to say the least.

We politely asked for some more chicken on our quesadillas because we thought she did not put that much after that then she processed to yell at us saying on this is enough chicken if anybody gave you more than that they are wrong I am the manager. If you want for chicken it will de 4 more dollars then when we complained about her attitude and said we would not be returning she said she did not care and threatened to kick us out of the store.

We love Qdoba. This location was no different. Much preferred over Chipotle or similar options. The free queso and guacamole on entrees is amazing!! Veteran tip: 3-cheese nachos with chips on the side. Then you just dip away into the glory of Qdoba queso with a plethora of yummy toppings (rice, beans, street corn salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese, etc). We tend to go with adobe chicken, just because it’s cheaper and we enjoy it a lot!

Oh, and regarding the most frequent complaint with places like this - serving size was PLENTY. Tons of meat.

My daughter and I got a to go order.
Let me preface this review by saying that I rarely write reviews, and that I have been ill since going there
(NOT because of Qdoba!?)
Consequently, I have not been able to eat my food yet
My daughter on the other hand has eaten hers and loved it.

I had previously favored Chipotle, but not anymore!

The biggest reason I am writing this review is because of Joni…
She was absolutely WONDERFUL . I rarely go in to get fast food these days, but boy am I glad that I did! She was accommodating, personable… It’s hard to put into words, but all I know is that I left feeling so glad that I went into a fast food restaurant! (I’m really not a fast food person lol)

By the way, the food looked absolutely delicious and I love the fact that you get free Queso, guacamole, etc.
I took advantage of that and got so many toppings… lots and lots of salsa, because I am a salsa fiend
The container was so full that when I got home, I had to put it in a different container!
Talk about getting a bang for my buck!

One last thing. I would’ve happily eaten it that night, but we went to a restaurant (that shall remain nameless… food was not great, but we were stuffed… but we couldn’t let our Tmobile Tuesday deal(if you have T-Mobile they have deals every Tuesday. Some weeks not great but other times…. This one was five dollars off!)
I am also sharing this because we were a bit disheartened (not just because of the food lol) so her kindness had even more impact!)

Anyway, I don’t know who Joni’s boss is or if they will ever see this, but she deserves a raise!

It's so nice to see that there is still amazing customer service out here. Every single time we come into this location we are treated so nicely and they are always extremely patient and helpful as we never know what we want to eat. The staff are probably the best I've come across anywhere and the food is always so amazing.... Definitely will keep coming here for our Mexican cravings...

This place was nice, neat and clean. The food was wonderful and hot as always! Joni came out to check on us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything! Will be back again!
