I couldn't get the girl behind the counter to answer any questions, my first time there.
Finally the other girl helped and got what I needed.

My order was not correct even though the waitress watched me and wrd me telling her what I wanted she gave me wrong ingredients
She had to remake my order as I have a food allergy
It took her forever as she went back in the back for five minutes before coming back out to correct it my wife and guest were nearly done by the time I got my correct food
Food is good, just a little pricey for what you get.

I’ve been a loyal QDOBA customer for nearly 20 years, but after my experience at the Kansas Expressway & Republic Road location in Springfield, I won’t be returning.
I ordered a kid’s quesadilla and chips. The order had to be remade, and when I turned around to get a drink, an employee handed me a plastic bag with only chips inside and said, “Here’s your food.” No one mentioned that most of my order was missing.
When I called the store, the first employee hung up on me immediately. When I called back and spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing, he blamed me and said, “As soon as you walked out the door, it’s YOUR responsibility.” When I questioned why someone would hand me just a bag of chips and claim it was my full order, he also hung up on me.
I called a third time just to get the customer service number—he dismissively said, “It’s on the website” (it’s not). I explained I couldn’t come back until later and asked if they’d at least remake the food. He said I could “pick up what [I] forgot” with zero acknowledgment that their staff messed up. He then said, “I’m not getting paid to argue with you” and claimed his manager would call me—without even asking for my phone number. Of course, no one followed up.
Extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Do better.

Shout to the two BUSY ladies who waited on us Wednesday evening around 7pm. They were bombarded with online orders, but continued to keep communication going with us.Very friendly, professional and busy! Great job! Thank you!

the two men working Sunday around noon/one pm were super nice and patient! also very efficient this was my wife’s and I’s first time ever having Qdoba and let me just say we will be a reoccurring customer! i’ve been told this is better than chipotle and this is true there’s so much more options although we didn’t necessarily like the grilled steak it didn’t stop us from enjoying our meal.
