Customer service there was very rude. The mixed guy with the ponytail was very very rude and explaining what I asked him.. Also skipped out on a bunch of toppings… Was mad I ordered the kids mail charge me extra for chips that I didn’t ask for. I’m really disgusted by this atmosphere and energy… A very disturbing

Old nasty food on line

I would never recommend anyone to even think about coming here. By far the worst service and food I have ever had. Use to enjoy this place but I will never return. Workers were completely unprofessional. The person who took my order was a rude middle aged man. I ordered a burrito and instead of rolling it up when it was done, he gets mad (he had been angry and cursing since we got there) and squishes it into a ball, then tosses it into a bag. Kept insulting my wife as well by repeatedly calling her "brother" and "sir". Something needs done about this place. And to top it all off the food was basically as cold as ice.

I eat here several times a week. The staff is super friendly, and since I order the same thing every time, when they see me come in they already have it ready. Plus the meat is never overcooked or burnt.

I am a Chipotle on S Campbell refugee and this place was a breath of fresh air. Spotless interior, all ingredients in stock, and friendly staff. I’ll never bother with the wretched Chipotle on S Campbell again.

Don't go here! I've done mobile orders here twice in the past couple of weeks and they messed up my order both times and my food wasn't even warm. I tried calling today since it's the second time and they picked up the phone and just let it sit and didn't say anything. It's obvious the employees don't care. I wouldn't be surprised if this location closes due to bad service. The food isn't even good. It's higher than Chipotle prices with less than Taco Bell quality. Just go to Chipotle instead.

Excellent food, excellent services they are very kind and always asks me in details of what I want, always recommends new foods to try and we'll trained, all the employees are friendly, clean environment, and wheel chair accessible, including the bathroom

The 2 previous times we've eaten here,the food and service were excellent! Today the food is great,but the light brown haired lady in the yellow shirt that helped us was quite impolite. I genuinely hope she is not management. Wrong attitude for working closely with the public.

Usually not a complaint when I visit this location but today was off. The rice was under cooked, I asked for steak, the lady looked at me and confirmed steak then proceeded to give me brisket. I got an unsweet iced tea which tasted and smelled like rotten eggs. When I notified staff, who smelled and agreed it did, proceeded to do nothing to fix it.
