Got a royale burger with fries to go and it was absolutely delicious. The togo team was very helpful and got my order done pretty quick!

Asked to sit in area near restroom because I have a fractured hip and not easy to walk was told no because she just sat someone in that, it just happened she sat us in her area, Not one time did she come and ask if we would like more fries or drinks, we were here two ago and had excellent service, very disappointed this trip, I don't live in the area so it's a nice treat to eat at Red Robbins when we are in the Springfield, this visit to Red Robbins was a 2 out of 10 food Was excellent our server was not , she did however go to other tables and ask if they needed anything else.

The food was delicious and service was good. There were a LOT of dirty tables in the bar and main dino area so that was a bit of a turnoff. Thankfully the food was great!

Friendly waitress, but unattentive. Had the trio appetizer, the chicken wasn't great, was soggy, something just wasn't right about it. Way too much garlic, also. Other items were decent.

We’ve come here quite a bit in the remote past but in recent past service hadn’t been great when we came so we come less often. Today our minds have been changed. The best service ever by Caleb and a very involved manager Justin. The experience was much better than experiences in recent past. If you’re like us and have experienced the same here, I recommend giving them a try now. Excellent service and food today!

The food was amazing. The service was even better. It was a bit dusty may need to hire me to do some cleaning. I'll definitely be going back.

Didn’t get to eat because we left almost as soon as we walked in. The hostess was extremely rude when we asked to check in and then turned around and left without saying anything and without checking us in. Another member of our party also tried to check in and she was also extremely rude to her - insisting that she needed a different name other than the one we gave them??? Not saying how long it will be and then being super hateful when asked how long it would be saying “at minimum 30 minutes” with a very sarcastic tone and acting like we were inconveniencing her. We gathered up our party and walked out. Red Robin lost out on a party of 7 (mostly adults) eating at their restaurant tonight because their hostess couldn’t be professional and do her job.
