I really did a 3 because I had to send my food back once because I ordered it well done and they brought it out very pink. The waitress was really good she was nice and she was trying really hard. The atmosphere 4 because it was a little messy in there but not bad.

Fantastic experience all around, I have alpha gal and there is nothing in the world that I miss on a regular basis than a good cheeseburger, I ordered the Impossible Burger and when I told my waitress that I am allergic to red meat she was on it and ensured there was no cross contamination and took her job very seriously. I truly loved my meal and the service. Please give Emril all the praise as she is fantastic at her job.

Kim was amazing. In town on business. She helped me look up my rewards, got my bday burger and she made sure everything was correct and I had everything I needed b4 leaving. What a great experience

There were a few mistakes to our order despite having very few customers at the time. The food was not as good as other red robins I've visited.
Update: I have food allergies and am always very transparent with the staff on this. Despite my best efforts and discussing options with the staff, I was given food with my allergen MULTIPLE visits and was nearly hospitalized. If you have food allergies, steer clear.

Let me tell you... This is my new spot for when the boys want to grab a burger and fun drinks! The whole night was amazing but we cannot compliment Jenny enough . She was bubbly, fun, saw to our drinks and was so helpful with figuring out the gift card transactions on the little computer.. Red Robin you have a keeper!!

It had been a while since Mrs. HB and I decided to try some Red Robin for dinner, so we stopped in.
The food was very good and the service was outstanding. My only qualm with Red Robin is the prices are a bit high for my liking. But the bottomless steak fries does help.
But the higher prices won't stop us from stopping in for the occasional burger and wrap.
And just look how cool the building looked that night!
