I ordered meats again this year as we do every Christmas, however; in the past we have been extremely pleased but I am very disappointed this year. The chopped and sliced brisket was neither sliced or chopped instead it was stringy and shredded. In addition we were not given any sauces. The chicken and hot links were good but the beef was a huge disappointment. I'll probably end up throwing it away, no one was interested in eating it.

This is a good restaurant. It struggled when it first opened but seems to be doing better now. The food is good and there are lots of tables. Parking is the only issue. The door is strangely to the left of the restaurant look for the arrow.

Parking: The parking lot can get congested

Okay atmosphere, service pretty slow. The food is terrible in comparison to any real bbq. Lived in Texas and have had so much BBQ I couldn’t compare this to the worst bbq I’ve ever had anywhere much less BBQ HQ, Tx. Not tender, overcooked, no flavor. Haven’t been back in a year and don’t plan on it. Another chain, comparable to Applebees or Olive Garden, the simpletons of America keep these places in business.

Devilishly good BBQ.
Got a full rack, passed on the sides for an extra two ribs and added the pulled pork potato skins. Fed a family of 4 for cheap.
Nothing left over, everyone fat and happy.

If you like vinegar BBQ, they got it. Cali style BBQ, they got it. Pulled pork, hot sausage, ribs, chicken... on a roll, in a salad, on bread... put it in your mouth!!

Super friendly staff here. Greeted right away by staff, offered something to drink while waiting for my takeout order. The eating/bar area was lighter than Joplin so much more inviting and comfortable. Will definitely come back to Springfield Rib Crib for future rib meals.
