If you're looking for barbecue in the Ozarks let me tell you a Rib Crib is the place to go! Haven't been in many years to Rib Crib ended up going today with some friends from out of town and it was fantastic. I give Rib Crib 10 out of 10 Stars

Mac N' Cheese was cold and hard. Not enough seasoned fries. Half rack BBQ ribs was very good tho! Smoked BBQ salad was very good! Not much BBQ sauce on it tho.

First of all let me say I grew up in Memphis, so my bbq standards are probably higher than some. We had Ribcrib delivered while we were in town on our cross country trip. We were very disappointed. First of all our order arrived missing a drink (not the driver’s fault) and with absolutely no bbq sauce. What kind of bbq joint packs an order with no sauce? My pulled pork sandwich was okay but pretty dry. The mac and cheese was also dry. The brisket-dry. The ribs-sauced but somehow dry. In fact the only thing that wasn’t dry were the beans which were pretty good. The ribs also still had the silver skin membrane on it. That’s Ribs 101. You have to take that off. I would think a place with “rib” in the name would know that. Maybe it was an off night, but I was definitely less than impressed.

i have been on the hunt for my new rib place since i moved to springfield last month. i have tried quite a few places and was disappointed in all of them. but rib crib is GREAT! the service was wonderful. i ordered online and it was done and ready for pickup before the estimated time. the ribs fall off the bone and the flavor is a 10/10. the okra was fresh and delicious. my children loved their meals as well. i cant wait to go back.

Went in and ordered, was brought appetizers pretty quick, soon after was brought the check, still hadn't received entrees. About 10-15 minutes later server came back and tried to take the check without bringing entrees. We stated we hadn't gotten entrees and finally got them right after. My sandwich was burnt some and dry from being out so long, the pulled pork looked a little burnt. Only was discounted 10% when we feel it could've been more, the manager never even spoke to us, the server never checked on us either.

We went to rib crib on a Sunday night. When we arrived, there was one server and one host serving the entire restaurant. A pretty big storm had just blown through and there was power outages throughout the city. the other RibCrib closed so other people were coming to this restaurant as well. I don’t know why they were so short staffed maybe they’re not busy on Sunday nights generally but the crew that was there Did an excellent job with what they had to work with. We didn’t have someone coming and checking on us very often and we had to ask for drinks a couple of times but again we had a really nice time for a party of eight no less and the food was very very good. I would recommend this place.
This place deserves no stars because we literally had to wait in the parking lot for an hour and a half for our food and then whenever I went in to talk to somebody about it they were rude as all get out on top of that our food was cold

Had an excellent experience this Saturday afternoon. Dining area was clean, temperature just right for summer, good music selection. Server Aubrey D was your better than average server - very cheerful and friendly, knowledgeable about menu, on top of service from start to finish with our party of five. Everyone enjoyed their selections and we're well pleased.

Worst BBQ I’ve ever tasted. Nothing about their ribs screams St. Louis. Everything I tried was over cooked and under seasoned. My son did enjoy his wings and other than forgetting to put my order in for my cocktail, waiter was great.

Possibly some of the worst bbq I have ever paid for. The brisket was drier than mee maws feet. The turkey had the same taste and texture as deli meat. The pulled pork was just jelly like food shreds with no flavor at all. The mac n cheese was legit the worst I have ever had. And I'm not even sure how, but even the toast was bad. Everything was so bland and had no flavor, and on top of that all they forgot the sauce. Absolutely hands down the worst bbq i have ever had. The best part was the semi flat dr pepper.
