MO Hillbilly
While out and about during lunch one day, the Hillbilly decided to stop in and have some Rib Crip. And to say I had incredibly mixed emotions about my dining experience would be a gross understatement. The food was pretty good, and my server was doing the absolute very best they could, the mere fact that they only had two servers on a Friday afternoon during lunch rush is mind-boggling to me. They had a total of 15 different parties ranging from two people to six people each. Of course, everything took a lot longer than it probably should have. And this is not on the servers at all. This is 100% due to poor management. I do not usually knock a restaurant this bad for things, but hiring and keeping people hired for your restaurant is definitely 100% management's responsibility. All in all, it wasn't okay dining experience. But it could have been much better if they could have had more servers on the floor.

Excellent service!!! We got seated right away and Justin was amazing!! He made good recommendations and very friendly!! Food was so good and hit the spot because I was craving good Missouri BBQ...you can't find good BBQ spots in NY...will definitely come back when I visit

When I visited, there was only one server and one cook. It wasn't overly busy, but there were probably 25 guests already seated when I arrived. Justin, my server, was awesome. He provided excellent service, especially given the fact he was fighting an uphill battle being the only server onhand. The food very good as well. I'd definitely return in the future.
