Short on staff probably, but waited over 15 mins or more for anyone to wait on us. They came to us right before we almost left

Famous for dry meat. Ribs, dry.. taste like they been in a warmer for 3 hours. Brisket is ALWAYS grey and dry. Pulled pork and burgers are the only moist things they make. Service IS always great though. Their kitchen definitely needs improved though

We went to Rib Crib tonight. We were seated. Then everyone else around us were placing their orders that came in after us. We waited a few more minutes and nobody even asked us for our drink. Very poor service. We walked out. This is the second time this happened. We definitely won't be back.

The host was terrible and did not know how to do her job! I was trying to pick up an online order and waited over 20 minutes when it was sitting directly behind her. She didn’t even attempt to look just told me they were still working on it. Food was cold.

Overall, this could have been a very nice evening, but after waiting 25 minutes for our food it arrived barely warm. Meat was cold to the touch. Even the gravy on the mashed potatoes had already gelled on top. Took some time for the waitress to return, but when she did, she welcomed my input and rectified the situation with a plate of all the same meat items that were hot. But by the time everything was "fixed," we were almost 45 minutes into our visit. The stress caused by getting everything settled and the disappearance of our waitress just made me lose my appetite. All I wanted to do at this point was ask for "to go" boxes and call it a night. Not even sure what to think of this place as this was our first time trying this restaurant. Very disappointed and spent $40 for food we barely ate...took 3 containers to bring it all home.

I like RibCrib ik, but this one is a little better than the others. The one is built a little differently and is decorated a little better than the others in the chain.
The food came out fresh, we had a large party, too many to list everyone's choices, but all seemed to enjoy the food.
I had a Platter called the motherload, which has a variety of meats. The sausage, chicken, and brisket stood out from the rest.
I recommend this RibCrib and would certainly go again.

Note to RibCrib- I wish you had burnt ends!!

It was takeout order! Although I thought I was gonna save some of my meal for later that night, it was so good it didn't happen.

Parking: Driving a truck bobtail and had no issues!

After hearing about what a great rib restaurant, my wife and I gave it a try.
I got 1/2rack of ribs, beans and coleslaw.
The ribs were tough and barely editable, with hardly any taste.
My wife ordered brisket and turkey and the meats were so dry.
I believe in giving places at least 2 trys but I don't think that we'll be going back.

This BBQ restaurants cannot compete with Kansas City BBQ.
The prices are affordable but for lack of food quality.
I don’t know how anyone can eat BBQ here.
The restaurant was dead but had plenty of space.
The menu looked good on paper but BBQ tasted awful.
The fries were decent. The pulled pork was fatty with no flavor. The BBQ sauce was not worth trying. The brisket was not moist, just try.
The server was friendly though.
I don’t recommend eating BBQ here.
