We came in last Thursday and there was no one in restaurant . The food was great and server was great but ..... There was live roach climbing on my shoe . Completely ruined the dinner :( we saw it run off to the back. That is not acceptable. You guys need to clean and have your place fumigated

I love the food, and everyone is so nice. However, the last two times I have placed an order online, I've gotten home to find part of my order missing even though its on the receipt that I paid for it. The staff needs to be more thorough in checking that all items are in the bags before handing out orders.

The meat has been well smoked but it was not smoked today. Tastes fine but it's not top of the line. If you're a conesuer, look elsewhere. But the service was fast and polite and the food was acceptable.

MO Hillbilly

While out and about during lunch one day, the Hillbilly decided to stop in and have some Rib Crip. And to say I had incredibly mixed emotions about my dining experience would be a gross understatement.
The food was pretty good, and my server was doing the absolute very best they could, the mere fact that they only had two servers on a Friday afternoon during lunch rush is mind-boggling to me. They had a total of 15 different parties ranging from two people to six people each.
Of course, everything took a lot longer than it probably should have. And this is not on the servers at all. This is 100% due to poor management.
I do not usually knock a restaurant this bad for things, but hiring and keeping people hired for your restaurant is definitely 100% management's responsibility.
All in all, it wasn't okay dining experience. But it could have been much better if they could have had more servers on the floor.

Excellent service!!! We got seated right away and Justin was amazing!! He made good recommendations and very friendly!! Food was so good and hit the spot because I was craving good Missouri BBQ...you can't find good BBQ spots in NY...will definitely come back when I visit
