Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

My boyfriend and I make frequent trips to Rita’s 🍦 We are both from New York and Pennsylvania and L O V E our east coast Italian ice ♥️ Their customer service is amazing, their Ice flavors and custard flavors are always so delicious and the owner has always been amazingly sweet to us! When we went for some Rita’s lastnight and it was cold and windy/rainy, after ordering, the owner had us go sit in our car and she brought our order out to us. She even noticed we have our dog, Cooper with us so she came back out a 2nd time with a pup cup for him, he loved it! 🐶 We will always choose Rita’s! 💯

Was extremely rude, when a doordasher was just wanting to pick up an order.

Rita's is an east coast thing. It's good. Watch out Andy's!

This is a fun place to take the kids for a treat. The kids loved their Custard treats. And I really enjoyed the Coffee flavored custard. Got my wife the lemon Italian ice and I thought it was good, not as good as the ones I got from the street vendors when I was 7 years old, but that was Brooklyn, NY. And I haven't had that experience anywhere else.
The treat or trunk event they put on over the week end was such a great time. Thank you, hope you have it again next year.

I was lucky enough to go to the 1st Rita's in PA....and so happy to have one here ...the "water ice" is amazing...the custard is equal to anyone in town ...the customer service is the BEST.. ..it's as must have kick a** Ms J

I love the variety of flavors that they have, the ice flavors change daily
The staff is always friendly
If you want something different they have something called the blendini, it’s the best of both worlds.

I've now been able to try Rita's Italian Ice at 2 different events, and truly LOVE it!!! I've tried 5 different flavors, and they all are tasty, flavorful, and so refreshing!! I can't wait to try the gelato & the frozen custard! The customer service from Ms J was incredible also, so sweet & accomodating!!! We will definately be trying out the shop very soon!!!!

I got a mango and strawberry Gelati and it was phenomenal! Service was top quality and genuine! I was surprised this place was not busier! It was something new and it was cheaper then Andys for my girl and me! Should have taken photos!

It all looked so good, and I couldn't figure out what to get ... so THANK YOU to the girls who made me what they thought would be good!

I cannot say enough how much I love Rita's frozen custard! The vanilla, chocolate, salted caramel and black raspberry are awesome! The Italian Ice flavors are absolutely scrumptious! I stock up my freezer regularly with frozen custard and ice.

Disappointing!! The “frozen custard” was kinda like whipped cream mixed with ice cream, i got it in a cone and my cone was empty!! the ice cream just sat on top. the italian ice doesn’t take any different than a local gas station slushie. It was $10 for small custard and small italian ice!
