Excellent food

Love this place and their pizza

The pizza was VERY greasy and also soggy. The pizza sauce cup I paid extra for was bland and overly sweet. I had to send the antipasto salad back. The dressing was almost entirely oil, with no vinegar to balance it out. The salad itself was mostly iceberg lettuce with a few canned black olives and slices of pepperoni. Very disappointing.

I have been meaning to post a review for Rocco's for such a long time! I come here at least once a month bc I know I will ALWAYS get what I want. And what I want is a traditional style New York pizza. I want it to be cheesy and floppy!!! I want it to droop when I pick it up! And thats what I get here. The PERFECT pizza every time!

If you have celiac, a gluten intolerance, or any allergy do not eat here. I ordered a gluten-free pizza and specifically told them I had an allergy. They brought out my pizza telling me it was the gluten-free pizza. I ate an entire piece before I was thinking to myself “this tastes way too good to be gluten-free . And it turns out it was not gluten-free”. Again, I have celiac; I am literally allergic to gluten. The staff completely dismissed it, and when my family was done eating their pizza, I went to the front and asked if we could have some of our bill refunded. I did not eat the gluten-free pizzas that they brought out (they brought out two even though I only ordered one) because I didn’t trust that it was actually gluten-free since they served me gluten to begin with. However, my son did eat a piece of one of the gluten-free pizzas and because of that they refused to refund it and refunded the other one. The owner refused to come out and talk to me. I could hear her in the back saying that I would not be able to be refunded because the pizza was eaten. And instead of letting my family take home the extra gluten free pizza that was untouched, they took it and said that we couldn’t have it since it was being refunded. It was honestly such a bizarre and discouraging experience. I had to leave early for my dad‘s birthday that we were celebrating there so that I could go take medication because of my gluten allergy. In my opinion, they should have comped the entire bill. But they fought me on refunding one $12 pizza because my toddler ate a piece since I was unable to eat it. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and for that, I definitely do not recommend eating here, especially if you have any allergies.

To the crew working March 14 and closing, thank you for taking my big order at 8:45. 15 mins before you closed and treating me with great customer service.

Idk where these reviews are coming from but, this place sucks. I mean I thought a pizza slice was supposed to overlap the hand. Very disappointed in this place and the taste of Springfield Pizza choices. I'd rather stick to Papa John's and Domino's.. Rating 1 for delivery speed. Quick to take your money

This marks my “third strike” with this place. Literally no voicemail when they are closed. You have to drive there to see their sign on the door with their new hours. They didn’t have change the last time I tried to pay cash. Now that is completely unacceptable. I’m really sick and tired of restaurants that don’t have good management. This place is one of them.
