Very disappointed with my visit to Roots Coffee. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting, the seating area was messy, and to top it off—they didn’t even have coffee ready. Definitely not the experience I expected or would return for.

Excellent service! Lattes were delicious and breakfast food was very fresh and tasty! Can’t wait to be back and try more menu items
Disappointing Latte.
Ordered an Iced Caramel Latte 16oz which comes with a double shot. Received basically flavored milk. The roast had no flavor, couldn’t taste any espresso. Caramel flavor is nonexistent. Price is steep for the lack of quality.
Servers were nice and added two shots of espresso for free but still disappointed in the drink for having no distinguishing taste or profile. Not a place for coffee snobs.
