Natalie our waitress was absolutely outstanding. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Very sociable, helpful, and caring. Took care of everything we needed. We hope to get Natalie every time we come here. She’s AMAZING!!!

Service is Great! Ask for Blake. He always does a great job for us. Food is typically above average. Garden bar is seldom fully stocked. Today they were out of cheese. They also eliminated all steak sauce options except A-1. To me, this is unbelievable! A chain restaurant taking a position that steak sauce to too expensive to keep in inventory? These are small indicators that a business is in decline. The restroom is also dated. Disappointing. :-(

We frequent Ruby’s quite often - had Richard first the first time last evening. He was very polite, kind & respectful to us which we appreciated. 👍 Very sad to hear the GM left recently- we had noticed such great improvements in recent months. 😞

What can I say the inside and outside are a little dated, from its golden years. Does it need an update probably.
I went in there for a quick lunch with my wife and daughter. Cameron had exemplary customer service. My drink was never empty and my table stayed clean.
The food was wonderful everything I ordered came out hot. The salad bar was also great I didn't realize how much I missed those little croutons from heaven. To top it off the prices were pretty reasonable.
