My favorite breakfast place. The food is amazing!! Breads are so soft, donuts are top notch. Love the kolaches & bfast biscuits. And the owners/workers are so sweet and kind! Very reasonably priced.

Service was great and girl behind the counter was friendly.
However, at 10AM they were mostly sold out of donuts leaving only basic flavors, and of the flavors left there were at least 4 flies in the case with nothing being done about them. The donuts themselves were ok but I would not make a special trip to get them. I love local bakeries but if they want to compete with chains they need to have a clean store.

The man working there pushed the lady worker when she was trying to take my order. Then he proceeded to argue with her. Then he charged me $5 more. He was very rude and kept disrespecting with the lady worker. The lady worker is innocent and nice but the male worker just ruined the vibe. The food also was a 1/5.

The donuts were decent but not top tier. The long john was undercooked / a bit doughy and the chocolate cake donut left a gross greasy film covering the inside of your mouth each bite you take. I probably wont go back unless I am around the area and really craving a donut.

I bought one glazed donut—which was relatively okay, but I also bought a Bavarian filled chocolate covered which was barely filled—and she filled it for me, as they were left empty and were filled w whatever filling upon order. I ate about 1/2 the donut w o ever even hitting Bavarian cream. It was a huge disappointment. I’ll never go back. If you can’t get single glazed right and you skimp on filling a chocolate covered Bavarian cream, you are not worth a second chance. St. George’s for the win!!!!
I've gone in multiple times, and the staff is always very friendly. The jelly donuts are filled when you order them, so the donuts aren't soggy. I'm typically not a fan of donuts but theirs are always delicious. I look forward to trying their energy drinks the next time I visit.

The food is good but I don’t think the lady knows the menu well, she made different drink for me even though I ordered the same drink every time. Last time she still made the wrong one, she admitted it but didn’t remake me the right one..kind of told me to take the one she made.. and it was the fourth time that this happened.. I’ll probably just go to the other location next time

After living in Springfield, MO for six years, we recently stumbled upon S&L Donuts and it has quickly become our new favorite spot! We were thrilled to find kolaches that remind us of the ones back in Texas—delicious and just like we remember. The selection is fantastic, and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful.
The service was incredibly friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. It’s a cozy little shop that feels like a hidden gem. If you’re looking for authentic kolaches and fantastic donuts, do yourself a favor and check out S&L Donuts. We can't wait to return!
