Yes for 2 days in a row I've ordered or tried to order maple long johns and chocolate long johns it is 8:45 and they Don't have any and it's the weekend they shouldn't advertise products they don't have I don't recommend this place unless you want to get there and not receive anything.

S&L on Republic -I ordered a Chai tea today and It tasted horrible so I went back into the establishment and let the young gal who made it know that it tasted like burnt coffee , she wasn’t willing to help rectify the situation and as I was leaving with out a replacement or refund one of the male employees made me a fresh cup of Chai which was on point ! Thank you sir who ever you are ?Kid-friendliness: The male employee was helpful when he seen the young gal just wanted to go home

The last two times I got drinks here the bottom of my drink was full of film, popped boba that was different flavores. It's really gross, please clean your machines. I want my drink, not the leftovers of everyone before me.

This place can be okay but many times they don't get my order right and it seems it should be very simple...the girls are always sweet, but today I went through the drive thru and ordered from what I would assume is the owner or a friend, but whatever...I ordered a boudin kolache and this would be the second time I've received a"hot" one and my wife can't or won't eat it hot... Also, I got two filled donuts and the worker asked, sugar or glazed and I said sugar, but received glazed, so not "the end of the world" so I called to see what could be done about it and they left me waiting on the phone for 13 minutes while taking orders from other customers, which I get, but apparently forgot about me, when I heard one of the nice young girls ask a customer if they were ready, "telling me that I was lost and forgotten" I hung up... It's a good place "potentially" but it has been an ongoing situation with "a little here and a little there" and I'm fed up, due to the phone incident... I'm relieving my duties to be the donut gopher and now my wife will have to go get them, "which will be few and far between" due to her work schedule, but just a ⚠️ warning... Check your order diligently or accept the chance that it may be wrong... Otherwise, the girls are sweet and kind, but check so you don't have to drive back or be disappointed... I'm not a true complainer, but I'm more of a peace out kind of guy..Parking: Plenty yypocallt
