You can get a solid meal here. It’s pretty run of the mill Japanese restaurant in Springfield, nothing special but I’ve been here a lot over the years and it’s always good. Good potions and lots of vegetarian options and the tempura is great. Pretty good.
Haruno told us an 1:30 wait, so we went 3 minutes down the road and had an amazing time at Sakura. Great service, an atmosphere miles beyond the dim and cold modern design of Haruno, warm, friendly, inviting. Sushi was freshly prepared in front of us and was delicious.
This restaurant has quickly become my go-to spot for sashimi. The fish is always fresh and the cuts are perfect. Prices are comparable if not lower than Haruno and the service is faster. We come here at least twice a month now. I recommend this place to everyone!
