I just felt as if fish from a Southern Eatery comes with certain requirements and taste and this place simply does not have the. The fish was fried in flour and had a bit of a gelatin feel to chew and the Mac and cheese was flavorless I didn't bother eating my green beans as my meal did not taste or smell appealing. I ended up not eating what I paid for .

Fish was actually cooked crispy and was seasoned. Sides are very small portions. Prices have increased even though serving sizes have decreased.
Portions could definitely be better, but as far as shrimp you get your money's worth on the jumbo for sure. Everything is very good!!!

Half my order was wrong. Didn't get crawfish or fried oysters. Just a bunch of shrimp. Found a bug in my fries. Never again. Sides were terrible. No cheese on the Mac n cheese. Green beans straight from a can. Coleslaw was just dry vegetables. Can't comment on the beans and rice because they didn't give me any.

Ordered the Family Portion fried fish. The "two large sides included" was two little 1/4 cup containers. Side veggies were very bland. Fish was tough and very salty. Do not recommend at all.
The owner, Chris, was awesome and super friendly. I've never had a bad meal there. Check it out!

Glenstone Ave., had violations in regards to cold holding as well as employee handwashing on Feb. 6.

Don't eat here. The owners DO NOT CARE about food safety. Just look at their health inspection history. An absolute laundry list of violations every single time they are inspected. The owners should be ashamed.
