Today we got Schlotzsky’s for lunch. Every Wednesday they have a buy one get one free pizza, deal, so we took advantage of that. We also got the how Albuquerque turkey sandwich on jalapeño cheese bread, I think. I have to say that the sandwich was my favorite. The food was very good. There is a lot of meat in the sandwich, which I loved! But my favorite thing? The assistant general manager, Hannah. Her customer service skills were EXTRAORDINARY!!! We had 1 million questions (yes I am being a bit hyperbolic) she was so patient and so kind and did not seem at all inconvenienced by my “Sally “ tendencies.(BTW, if you haven’t seen the movie, “when Harry Met Sally,“ and you won’t get this reference. In which case, I encourage you to watch this iconic classic.) I asked for a certain things on the side so that my sandwich wouldn’t become soggy. Not only did she acquiesce, she did it with such class and elegance. And she gave us free cookies! For me, excellent customer service is vitally important … I don’t know who her boss is, but she absolutely deserves a raise. When I go out to eat or even get food to go, it’s typically Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Italian, and on rare occasions, seafood. However, I was so impressed by Hannah, that I will be back. Absolutely. 100%! Last night we went back. Jenn took care of us and she was amazing. Today, I bought a gift card to Schlotzsky’s and my daughter and I unfortunately misunderstood and tried to take the metal sheet that was on the back just like most credit cards and ended up messing up the numbers and the letters so it is no longer legible. Today I called and spoke with Zara. What EXTRAORDINARY customer service! She wrote down my name and told me to bring the card in and is going to honor it anyway! AMAZING!

First time ever here. Excellent choices I must add. The sandwiches turned out amazing. The cashier was very informative on the choices to be made. I realize it’s only a sandwich / pizza shop but we found it to be amazing. Serenity happen to be our host for the day and she was excellent

We had a horrible experience here, I can see why the dining area was empty. The floor was so sticky it was ridiculous. The employees could clean when they aren't busy instead of just standing around talking. The soup was disgusting, it was incredibly lumpy, very salty and barely warm. The soup isn't cheap and they don't even fill it to the top (which I ended up being grateful for because I couldn't even finish what they gave me 🤢) I thought maybe they don't fill it to the top so you can fit in the crackers but nope, they don't even give you crackers anymore. The sandwich is ok but not much meat for the price and the bread usually tastes better. Chips were even burnt 😕 Only thing that tasted good was really the Barq's root beer. And then when you find a hair that you know isn't yours or the person you're with because it is short and black that is just the end of attempting to enjoy the meal. And the person in the profile picture with the long hair and long beard isn't writing this review so don't even try to say it was mine 😂 This place used to be so good but it has really went downhill 🥺

Love their food but it was $50.00 for 3 medium original sandwiches and 2 tiny tiny bowls of soup, it was like $5.19 for a little bowl of soup, and thats highway robbery in my book. It was $8.99 for the medium sandwich and they asked us if we wanted the combo but didn't tell us it was⅝ another $4.30 to add a small bag of chips and a drink on top of the $8.99 for the sandwich. I'm not sure what just a drink costs since our drinks were added in with the $4.30 extra on the combo price. Their prices are ridiculous! From now on we won't buy any soup, chips or a drink, just a sandwich and I'll go home and get my chips and a drink. I can go to a resturaunt and get a steak dinner for a few dollars more, so maybe I'll just go have steak next time. So for one person to get a medium original sandwich with a bowl of soup and a drink with chips is about 20.00 per person before taxes. It was about $13.30 before taxes for just a sandwich with chips and a drink. So all in all the food is great and their service is ok but their prices are way too high.

The workers were very nice however the food was not what I expect from schlotsky's. The bread was not as toasted as usual and the fruit cup side my granddaughter was given was just on the verge of molding. It was not eaten.

After the ownership change this Schlotzsky’s location is not good. My sandwhich has been cold every time, the workers aren’t as friendly, and the quality of their food is lacking as well. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Smokecheesy today for lunch, this used to have its own special place on the menu board until it was for some reason taken down despite still being on the menu. The lady who took my order acted like I was just making something up and after explaining to her what it was the order came out completely wrong, and cold I might add. 3/4 was beef, which half of the beef was undercooked, and the other 1/4 was a small layer of chicken on top. I quite literally have never had anything like that happen in the 15+ years I’ve been going to this location until the new ownership took over. I also very rarely write reviews about places, when I do it’s gotten bad. Very disappointing, this location used to be one of the best places to grab lunch in town, wouldn’t recommend it anymore.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and only one was right. I used door dash. I got a French dip. It should have came with au jus.. It did not.I got a sandwich with extra veggies that they failed to put on there. That is not a door dash problem. They can't open your sandwiches and make sure it is right. I pay for my food plus some for it to be correct with this delivery service and they clearly dont take it seriously. It's ridiculous that I got $13 dollars back from a order of 3 sandwiches I paid $44 for and only one of them is right. When I call the phone number for the company it gives me busy tones. I will never order or buy from this store again.

I'm giving a 3 because the food is always good and fresh. But the last few months the service is going to crap at this location. I really love the place and hope its not going to continue in this direction. I've been coming to this location for about 20 years.

It is always clean and if you like Scholtzkys they have a good size eating area inside and outside. I enjoy the bread and last time I got the Turkey Avacado, and there was plenty of turkey on the sandwich.
