This is burned up paper of some kind that was inside my husband’s sandwich tonight. To know he consumed their trash is absolutely disgusting! We go to this location cause they typically do a good job but both of us tasted something weird in our food tonight, and he’s the only one that checked.

If you enjoy food with a bit of spiciness try the Texas Schlotzsky. It's a great sandwich and full of flavor with just a bit of kick to it.

There was not a clean table on a Friday afternoon. One member of the staff had very poor hygiene. Probably not going to revisit that location.
Ordered 3 sandwiches (1 original and 2 roast beef) on 11/2/2025 at approximately 1100 am. I order them small and the original with no mustard. Got the sandwiches and they were all large in a plastic tray (good god they were big) with mustard. Server said well you got a free upgrade when I told her the original had mustard her response was oh well you got a free upgrade and we do not remake sandwiches. My order cost $30.00. I would hate to know how much 3 large sandwiches would have been. With all the sandwiches being large it was a ay to much food for 3 people. The employees working that day need to be given training and work ethics class they had bad attitude. At least the sandwiches were good we have leftovers for dinner and lunch the next day.

I have patronized this restaurant several times and have always for the most part had pretty good service and food. The dining room is usually pretty clean as are the bathrooms. The reason for the one star review is that time and time again when you scan your loyalty app at the checkout in the store you do not get your points. I have reached out to their corporate office to attempt to get this fixed and they don't even bother to respond. So while this may be a great restaurant I don't care to patronize places where the corporate office is above their customers and can't fix their needs. There's clearly something going on with the ordering system in the restaurant and their corporate office doesn't seem to care. So neither do I and I will not eat at your competitors.

I transported my grandson to this location to interview for a job. He did not get the job. But I have recently eaten at a Schlotzsky's and the sandwich was superb. Yet, I shall not go there again because you can, for the same price, get a sandwich, real fries, and a drink at Arbys for the same or lesser money. Sad. Now let's talk about that jeep...
