I had my first Schlotzsky's sandwich in 1989 in Sioux Falls South Dakota and have loved them ever since! My wife and I were going to the movies on my birthday and stopped in to grab a bite before the movie and Josie was working the front counter. My wife made mention it was my birthday and Josie sang me a special happy birthday song! For her to do something like that, goes well above and beyond normal customer service! Of course the food was outstanding, but what made the night the most memorable was Josie's attitude and song! Thank you so much, josie, for making my night amazing! You are a true rockstar!

Tried Schlotzsky’s for the first time tonight and I was honestly impressed! I got a pizza and it came out super fast, and it was actually really good. The people working there were super sweet too, which made the experience even better. Definitely a solid first impression I’ll be back!
Usually a 15 minute wait through this locations drive through and staff acts rude and put out. Gentlemen working window for lunch today had noticeably poor hygiene, forgot to place what I asked for in the bag, and was snarky as he handed the food over after over a 10 minute wait at the window.

Food was decent but for the price I paid I was hoping the ingredients would be better and spread out more across the sandwich. The peppers and olives were all just clumped in the middle. Service was quick but the guy was cussing under his breath about the cash machine not working the entire time lol. Also was given my drink with the lid not on. Not that great of an experience unfortunately which is a shame cause i usually enjoy schlotzskys at other locations

It was a super awesome place. Food was hot and service was amazing. The biggest downside was getting to the place. Its placed awkwardly off the road and there was construction going on next door.
Spend all that money for them to mess up the order everytime!
