The food and drinks were good. It sucks that they are drive thru only. Which sucks because I don't have a car so I had to beg one of my friends to take me so I can use a gift card I had for Scooter's coffee. Furthermore you would think that if they were drive thru only that they would pass the cost savings to the customers but it is as expensive if not more so than Seven Brew which does have an in person pickup. So all in all I think they are mediocre.

How hard is it to follow instructions? I asked for an extra shot, whole milk and (verbatim) NO FOAM, fill the cup all the way. I wind around the drive thru that's only really fit for a Fiat, get my coffee and above the half inch of FOAM, there's a one inch air gap. For what? I'm not adding cream and sugar, that's your job. Fill the cup, it's milk, you dump a bunch down the drain all day. I paid almost $20 for two coffees and you have the nerve to short my cup?

Recommended a drink to me, then they made it with way too much syrup, so I simply waited at the window for someone to return, that didn’t happen, waited for at least 2 minutes. I had to drive back around to the drive through to get their attention. Pulled back up to the window and asked if it could be remade due to it having too much syrup. Was told I had to repay for the drink with a discount because “It wasn’t made wrong.” “You just didn’t like it.” If a customer doesn’t like a drink, then it wasn’t made to the customer’s satisfaction? I wasn’t rude at all and I was the only one in the drive through. Seems like the employees just wanted to get back to scrolling Tik Tok, rather than fix a customer’s drink…

That morning I was treating myself to something special and Scooters Coffee was the best, OMG super tasty awesome coffee super sized and these delicious peanut butter cake balls, to die for, Loved it!!!
Staff are always friendly and courteous. Always validating when I ask to confirm my wife's drink is made with almond milk instead. Never had any issues with vustom drink orders and the drinks are way better than starbucks!

Was refused service because I wasn't in a vehicle. So only folks who own cars can get coffee at Scooters? Borderline discriminatory if not just laughable

I got the s’mores latte blended and that was the tastiest sweet coffee I’ve had in a long time. My boyfriend got the classic carmelicious and we both enjoyed the whipped topping, drizzle, and we both prefer the blended over iced. The staff was quick in speed, there was no wait during the early afternoon. She even gave my two dogs a pup cup when we asked! They’re free and come with a doggie treat! This crew is super sweet and genuinely does great at their jobs. Thanks guys!

I went yesterday and tried the lucky charms coffee blended and it was better than I even expected!! Definitely try this you won't regret it. Also the girl who was running the drive thru last night was super sweet and friendly and gave me some recommendations for drinks since I just now discovered Scooters! Definitely a gem in Springfield i hope they get one nearer to my house because I'd go every day.
