I just came through the drive thru and I had icing on my burrito. As I was sitting there in the drive thru, I had taken notice that they had put my burritos on the same platter as the pastry’s. They are cross contaminating their desserts with their regular food and no one wants to taste a sausage burrito with sweet icing on it. They really need to do better about how they are making their food, and how they are keeping their desserts and their regular food separate. This grosses me out knowing someone else’s food is all over mine. I enjoy coming to scooters, I don’t want to have to stop because of lack of care of food safety.

We were in town wife and daughter wanted a coffee, I drive a F250 it can't make the turn at the end of the building in your Prius size drive through. I parked in the shopping center parking lot and walked to the store to stand and wait in the grass to order and carry back to the truck. One car getting served and one car at the menu placing order, and I had a worker stick their head out of the drive thru window to tell me they were to busy for a walk up order.... Got it. No worries though we drove across town to 7 brew where everyone is friendly and you can drive through the DRIVE THROUGH and the drinks are SUPERIOR.

One million times better than Starbucks. The prices are competitive with all other coffee places. However, what sets them apart is their ability to quickly make the drinks. (Under two minutes) Also, they will do their absolute best to have a friendly conversation with every single person who orders. Awesome place.

This place is headed downhill and fast! Ordered cold brew with oat milk, I pull up and get handed a black coffee and ask if it has oat milk in it. The girl paused for a second and then just nodded and said “…mmmhmm” Then I told her I have ordered this before and it never looks like this, to which she just blank stared at me so I drive away! Worst coffee I have ever had!

Gal at the drive thru made me very uncomfortable trying to get me to buy everything on the menu. I ordered a small smoothie and she tried to get me to add multiple things to it and then asked if I wanted a large. I’m not sure why I’d want a large if I asked for a small from the get go, it’s very pushy and bad for business in my opinion and this is the culture the last few times I’ve even back for a small smoothie. When I got up to the window I was grilled with personal questions and I find it inappropriate, I don’t want to tell every random barista where my job is. Overall the final straw for me. I quit going because of the quality of the coffee and it’s much better to spend local. But when a chain tries to squeeze an extra 10-12 dollars out of you that hard it’s a big deterrent. Won’t be back even for smoothies now

i went to this location around almost exactly 5:30 pm today, and i think there were only two girls working there, but they were absolutely so sweet to me. it was like i was talking to my best friends when i pulled up to the window. they were so very kind. i didn’t get their names but shoutout to them! also the girl who made my coffee (caramelicious with extra caramel) did super excellent. very good service!!!

Breakfast choices are good. I've tried the breakfast burrito earlier and the everything bagel with egg and sausage ( somewhat messy so decided to park to eat,) I would purchase both choices again when I missed breakfast. Service is fast and servers are friendly.
