First time here and I’m so impressed. Walked up five minutes before close and they couldn’t have been any nicer and helpful. Sandwiches were delicious and served to perfection. They even walked our sandwiches to the car so we didn’t have to wait outside in the heat. Thanks guys for a great experience. See before and after pictures below

Sandwich Scene came through in big way! Recently had a large party that needed food. We catered in sandwiches for around 40-50 people. Sandwiches were delicious. All the sandwiches were labeled and wrapped individually making it convenient for our guests to get the exact sandwich they wanted.

So I was born and raised in Tampa, FL so I was raised eating Cuban sandwiches and I was sad when I moved here and there was no Cuban places, so when I heard of this place I was excited to try one. The first thing I noticed when I opened it was that it was wrapped in aluminum foil and food starts to condensate when you do that so the bread was super soggy and I had to heat it up in a pan to get the bread crispy again, because it does look like it was pressed. The sandwich itself was good, the mojo pork was very juicy but the mojo was very overpowering. I do not like mustard so I didn't have any on my sandwich but my husband did and said he was turned off by it because it's a Dijon mustard not regular mustard so it doesn't taste the same and he also thought the mojo was very overpowering. Mind you we were both raised in Tampa. So we have had our fair share of Cubans from a lot of different places. It was good. I just don't think $12 good. But the gentleman that took my order was very polite and respectful and told me the owner is actually from south FL so I thought he would have more knowledge on Cubans. I just don't like how they have a "Cuban" on the menu for $11 but has no salami and a real Cuban sandwich no matter you go has salami on it. Then has a "Tampa Cuban" for $12 that has the salami that should already be in it if it's a Cuban on the menu. A Cuban is a Cuban no matter where you are wether you're in Tampa or Miami or the keys or the panhandle. I am definitely looking forward to trying the other sandwiches they have though.

Ordered for the first time from Door Dash and will definitely be back! Cuban was amazing and their house pickles...Just yum. I requested to make my Cuban spicy and they did not disappoint! They even wrote a note on the wrapper saying "Hope it's hot enough" and included some hot sauce on the side!

You'll make this a new thing for your coworkers or friends.zCordon Rouge, Tampa Cubano, Cubano, and the Grumpy Cow are items I've had and the Cordon Rouge is my favorite.
