I have been a huge fan of Classic Rock Coffee and even previously wrote a good review of them. They still have awesome coffee, but their customer service sucks. I had a gift card with $22.95 left on it, even had the last receipt to prove it, but I hadn't used it in a while because of the pandemic. When I tried to use it, the staff said their software had changed, my card could not be read, and a manager would have to get back to me about a resolution. To make a long story short, after having to call back two times because no one followed up with me, a manager said that I waited too long to use my card and there was nothing they could/would do about it. And she was not one bit apologetic about it. I enjoy their coffee and the rock 'n roll vibe, but I won't support a business that treats customers that way. Bye Classic Rock!

I loved the sweet emotion frappé. I also ordered strawberry fields salad. It was good, but I expected more than a handful of mixed greens. I would love to try more, but I won't be back to Springfield, MO.

Have made repeated attempts to contact requesting info on shake bar start up product and have gotten blown off for over a month now. I hate to bash a company publicly but if you're going to run a business....run a business

Visited without any expectations except to grab coffee and a muffin. Ordered an egg bake in a paper cup for $8 and a muffin for another $4. Gave us free coffee because we ordered a bag of $15 coffee to go. In house drip wasn’t good at all that day. Expensive egg dish stuck more to the paper than to the fork. Should have stayed home. Making their “breakfast in america”? at home is good but not worth $15.

I love their Low carb strawberry smoothie. It’s filling and for someone who is trying to watch her calories for the summer time, this is perfect. I’ll be coming back(:
