Did pickup order 9/21/24 two cashew chicken special that had egg roll, crab rangoon. Everything was awful tasted like everything was expired tasted like old ingredients used had to throw all food away so bad what a waste of $27.00 dollars.

Watched the owners paint the entire parking lot today (Monday they are closed) and I must say it looks great! I eat there at least 3x per month and I have always received the best service and fresh hot food!!!! Thank you for taking such good care of your restaurant! It shows in the presentation of your store front and when you take the first bite of your order!!!!

I try to make it a point to check out all asian food places in my city. This is a pure 10/10. They don't scam on portions. Price is always cheaper than other lower quality places. Portions are fulfilling and well priced.

I used to love Shanghai Inn. I recently introduced my husband to it and was disappointed that the food was very bland. I’m not sure what they changed, but they need to go back to the original recipes

I got the sesame chicken. It was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The chicken tasted bad which I believe they tried to cover up with way too much sauce. I also asked for it to be spicy but they must have forgotten that part. The egg roll had little to no cabbage inside and in not sure what the meat was. It appeared to be some cheap filler that also tasted terrible. The fried rice had no egg in it... just a low- cost attempt at something they could call fried rice. This is the absolute worst restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life. I would recommend that you do not go there.

The best Chinese food in springfield, mo. My wife and I have been coming here since 1990 and after 31 years we still have to have some good Chinese food. ??
A lot of these reviews say something along the lines of "this food was amazing," but that truly doesn't cover how truly perfect this food was. My girlfriend and I got $70 worth and well be eating on this for two days. I've been through all 50 states as a trucker and tried as many Chinese food places I could and THIS PLACE is by far the best Chinese I've ever eaten. Case closed. They're nice and deserve all the business possible.
