If you are looking for the best BBQ in the Springfield area this is your place! I cannot recommend this joint enough. The meat is fall off the bone, deliciously flavored, and perfectly smoked. You cannot go wrong with any of the sides, but my personal favorites are the beans and potato salad. They sell out fast so come early, otherwise you will miss out. Sometimes they will close shop early because they’ve sold out of everything, but that’s just a testament to how delicious...
I’ve been to smokin bobs 3 times, and all three times they have forgotten a side from my order. The sausage and pork were fantastic, and the service was good, very nice workers. But the brisket and burnt ends have been over done and dry every time. So over done and dry I felt the need to leave a review about it.
There is no way you can beat Smokin' Bob's BBQ, in Springfield, Missouri. They have the best service, the best barbecue, the best prices and the best dining experience when compared to any barbecue establishment we've experienced, across four states. Outstanding!!! They are Five Star all the way! Possibly one of the BEST kept secrets in Springfield, Missouri.
