Go early for lunch. All of the food here is wonderful. Seating is limited and when they run out of burnt ends, you gotta order something else. Really hungry? Get the loaded pulled pork nachos. It's a delightfully massive portion.
Brisket great, loved the beans,also the pork belly was delicious little fatty but that's pork belly my daughter had pulled pork she said it was good also the potato salad was good didn't care for the cold slaw

The young lady working the counter was friendly and helpful and let us sample different meats. We both had the (beef) burnt ends. So good! Would definitely recommend and as new carnivores, will be going back.
