They’ve got some good meat on them bones! I had the 2 meat sampler with the burnt ends, and the pulled pork. Both meat choices were excellent! I also had a side of there smokin’ Bob’s Beans, good stuff!

Brisket was dry and chewy. Mac and cheese noodles were way too over cooked. The beans were really good but we found a hair in it. This place has potential but it’s nothing more than basic barbecue.

A great place to eat with friends or by yourself. All food that I have tried has been excellent and I have no problem recommending any of the dishes I have marked. The atmosphere is great and makes you feel right at home.

Came for the first time today. Sides were decent but burt ends were like beef jerky.

This is my first time coming here looks pretty good. The food looks really fresh. The service was quick. The fellow at the restaurant was very nice. I’m looking forward to diving into this food.

Smokin Bob's is one of my favorite go to places after a busy day at work for a yummy take home meal. Also a great spot for a work luncheon. Superb customer service and excellent food.

This is an awesome lil bbq joint. Burnt ends were a lil dry but flavor was there 3.5, pulled pork was tender as hell but kinda bland 3.5, the corn was awesome easily 4.5 same with the beans! Og sauce is strong and good but the spicy is where it’s at! Definitely recommend and would love to have fresh out of the smoker!

This place is my favorite for burnt ends in the Springfield Area. Today i tried their jalepeno sausage and it was pretty good but the showcase stealer is their smoked blueberry cheesecake. Only thing i dont like is the seats, not very comfortable.

This was the worst experience of my family's life. The people was very cold like that could care less that we were there. The atmosphere was like a lock up facility. The food was cold and just terrible. The Mac and cheese was coagulated,beans like you just took them out of the fridge and ribs was fatty,cold, and made me literally sick ?. I thought I had food poisoning. My family's order was horrible with Bride having burnt ends, and Son having the pulled pork nachos. There wasn't anyone eating there when we arrived and I understand why now. I work hard for my money so I can do nice things for my family and really wanted to treat them to a nice supper but almost treated them to a trip to the ER because the nasty food made us all sick. Smoking Bob should be ashamed of themselves for employing very unconcerned and rude people as well as serving very cold,and nasty food. If anyone would like to treat their family to a nice supper this is most definitely not the place to take them. Our visit was on 1-23-24 around 5:30 pm on republic rd.

Great food and service. Staff was super friendly, clean bathrooms and restaurant. Prices were very reasonable. It’s small inside, so there were a lot of Togo orders. I would definitely eat here again.
