Sno bubble tea

I ordered 6 macarons and only received 5. They were the worst macarons I've ever had. I ended up throwing half of them away.

The boba was amazing, I got their red velvet one and it wasn’t too sweet, and they did not skimp on the boba! 😋🧋

Stood there for 10 minutes, both people working made direct eye contact with me and my family and knew we were there, no service. Poor way to run a company when the mobile orders have more priority than the people right in front of you.

Love this place! My husband and I stop every time we go to the mall. We try something new each time and have loved them all. Friendly staff, great service, and yummy drinks!

Sno Bubble is amazing and on my “must get” list every time I go to the mall! Seriously so good… anything with strawberry is my favorite. The manager there was super sweet and took the time to walk me through all my different drink options too. 🩷

Boba was hard and drink was unappetizing. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Honestly one of my worst experiences regarding customer service,I arrived and had ordered a drink and I cannot say the drink was pleasant compared to so many other Boba shops, and I had found multiple pieces of hair and I had went to return it and the level of rudeness was unbelievable and I would not recommend the shop

Omg the taro bubble tea with brown sugar tapioca is the best! It tastes like liquid buttered popcorn candy. And the cashier is so friendly and helpful. They didn't have taro listed, but I asked about it and she said they have it. Yummy!

A lot of variety. Quick service. Menu could use a revamp and feature larger fonts to allow easier reading while in line

Ive had boba tea here at least six or seven times and I'm not a very confrontational person so if it taste off I won't say anything. 3 out of the seven times I've gotten boba tea here it's tasted rotten. Like the tea or the boba has spoiled. I love going here becuase when the tea is not rotten tasteing it's amazing. I just hope this can be fixed so I'm not wasteing my money. ?

The drink itself was good but the fact that the girl asked me if I wanted whip tipping g and then without telling me charged me $1 for great value whip topping that cost $1.14 for the whole can. I won't be back and I will tell others not to go because that is shady business and not worth the money. Shame on you for ripping people off.
