We were the only ones at this location this morning. Food came out cold. If I could give less than a star for service I would. Girl with the name tag Taylor came out and shoved the food at me and didn't say a word. I said thank you, she huffed and walked away. Cold burrito cold service. I get a bad day but let's not make it everyone's problem.

Ordered 47.00 dollars of food, asked for BBQ sauce for chicken and was told it was an extra charge. Called and spoke with someone who said was manager and was met with rudeness. Needless to say that I won't be spending money here anymore, there are plenty places with polite staff to go to

I've been here a few times. It's a rather nice Sonic Drive-In, compared to my experiences working in and out of them during early adulthood. The employees are nice, do their job efficiently, and the food is above the average quality I tend to experience.

We ordered thru the mobile app around 10:45 and my husband went to pick up our order (two burgers, two drinks, should be easy). When he got there he marked what spot he was in and it said that our order would be out shortly. He waited THIRTY MINUTES and heard nothing so he went through the drive thru to ask about our order. Apparently they closed early. No signs, nothing. Just the guy in the drive thru telling us we wouldnt be getting our order OR A REFUND. Wasted our time and money, when frankly things are hard and expensive enough as is. We just wanted to treat ourselves to a a quick meal while we stay up with our newborn, I was really looking forward to my drink, but now I know this location can't be relied on. Screw you guys.

This is the worst establishment I’ve been to. I sat in the drive through after ordering for 30 minutes only to get to the window and they didn’t even have my order. He never rang me up. Waited another 5 minutes while he looked through receipts. And couldn’t get my order right after all this! Unbelievable not only short staffed but hired people who obviously cant work in high stress environments

Dietary restrictions: They are all well train in communicating with mild or extreme diagram restrictions and can accommodate accordingly or will at least inform you that they are not sure.... Which is better than some places that just go ahead and put it on there can someone have a serious allergy due to negligence or unwillingness to say I don't know

Parking: Plenty of parking and it is on the commercial and Grand exit or entryways

Kid-friendliness: They enjoy children as well as dogs I will make sure they get a treat as well

Wheelchair accessibility: They will come to you or if you wanted to use the new patio area that has just been redone and is amazing then you could park your wheelchair at one of the tables available

Recommended dishes: Cheese Chili Dog, Strawberry

This is hands down the worst location in town You wait and wait and the food is magically cold Everytime. How? I don't understand. If you like nasty cold food made like it was put together in a race while eyes covered. You'd like it. Been here several times and it's a problem every single time. Missing food, charged my card twice, order foodnone way and don't get itright. Not once. Mul8visits and it never fails. And the burgers are sloppy as can be. Falling apart looks like they kicked it across the floor. Come on man
They want all this money and hour. And I kid you not. Not once has an order been right. Not a single time.

I dont know what happened to the quality of Sonic but man, the burgers arent it anymore. I ordered their triple with bacon and theres something about the meat was off and maybe its this particular franchise with vendors. Sonic burgers used to be top tier like steak n shake but now its like...i dont know...and it tasted like it was microwaved.

I live overseas and sonic is something i crave when i come home so i always get it atleast once. I couldnt even finish the burger and threw it out. Onion rings maintained their quality though. Drink i ordered didnt look like the picture but wasnt bad. It qas actually pretty good but still.....the burger man.. what was that?
