They really need some new management team over there in that tweeker hole. Act like it's my fault that somebody/one forgot an extra patty on a burger. Then try to say it's harassment whenever you call and politely try to explain the situation. People need know the difference between being assertive and inductive. it wasn't bad last time but if you go through the drive through or the little parking thingys then the shortest time will be like 20-30 minutes, i recommend using the sit down area cuz it'll be quicker. one of the things didn't work and there wasn't anything that said that but i don't care enough to make a big deal.

Absolutely horrid service. We ordered two BLTs, got home and there was no bacon. Brought it back up within 20 minutes, they said to give them the origional food, which we had all of. We went to exchange the food, and she only came out with sandwiches. She said that since the sandwiches were wrong, that's all they would replace. She made us take the cold 30 minute old tots and fries at this point, and cram them into our small sandwich bag provided. They flat out refused to remake them. I wasn't asking for drink replacements, just hot food. I will never come back, just absolutely horrible treatment. 0/5

Not sure why this location seems to regularly be understaffed. The staff are very nice but telling me it will be a 15 minute wait for my food (corn dog and tots), should result in them being hot when I get them. But they were barely warm.

Ive been to this one a total of three times, and every time I went the food was wrong, missing items etc.I'm allergic to one item and ask for it to be removed and two of the three visits they included it on the good even though on the receipt it says to exclude it. Manager replaced it but on second visit the items we got had the same issue but we're also not the correct sized burgers. The wait is also horrendous especially for sonicDietary restrictions: Don't even bother they'll not even attempt to take off any allergy related items etc
