I did an order online and one of my sandwiches was missing. They told me to contact the people that delivered my food and still yet I don’t get my sandwich. I got the runaround. That is why you got a low rating and yes, I’m pissed off.

Ordered at 10:15pm. The server refused to put in the order and didn't tell me. Sat for 30mins before I asked where my order was. She said she didn't put it in because the grill was already turned off and cleaned and we had ordered grill items. All manager said was "I'm sorry, but the grill is off and cleaned. We can still get you the other food items." This is absolutely ridiculous. 0/10 recommend this place. The food we did get was gross anyways. Soggy onion rings, semi cold mozzarella sticks, soggy chicken bites. Only good/correct thing was the drinks. 🙄

I ordered a double cheese burger and mozzarella sticks, the cheese sticks were good, double cheese burger just awful, burgers burnt buns stale, look like it was setting there for a long while. BAD

Went through the line… Received an order that wasn’t mine… They proceeded to tell me that this is what I ordered. Paid five dollars for a single cheeseburger.

This is the closest Sonic to our house and my husband and I both love eating Sonic and I don’t want this one to close so I continue to support the business. But that being said, this sonic is so I’m disappointed in the management and operation of it. Just one example, tonight my husband and I came and ordered two combos. His burger was incorrect, my burger was incorrect, and there was missing sauces. His burger just had onions on it, which we can remove at home, not the end of the world. My burger had cheese and bacon. It was not supposed to have either. And it was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ketchup. I understand someone maybe just looked at the ticket wrong, not the end of the world. So after arriving home I decided to go back and request the correct item. The employees I spoke to genuinely did not seem to care and were not apologetic. I was only told “sorry for the inconvenience” at the end after being visibly frustrated. No one cared that anything was wrong and no once cared actually that it was inconvenient. We deal with most of the small mistakes no problem and don’t like to complain. But I would really rather see this Sonic improve than close. Please properly motivate your employees to care about their work. These employees must be paid too little to even care about the customers. Also if we are paying $1 to add bacon to a burger, it needs to be more than a quarter of a strip of bacon. The amount of bacon on your burgers is absolutely pathetic.
Please pay attention to the tickets and care about the quality of work. I don’t feel that I’m asking that much.

For was not made to order all and took forever

First off I went to north side of building where the stalls were apparently not working.
Then I ordered a hot dog with mustard, onion and relish. Order of tater tots and a strawberry shake. My order came and the only correct thing was the shake!!!

5/5. Before my visit, I had a terrible guest experience at 701 w sunshine location and had to get a refund. But I was craving sonic. This location surpassed all expectations, I didn’t get the manager’s name (he had a Johnny Depp look going on) but from now on this Sonic is the only Sonic!
