Typical late night order just before close. Yes I'm sorry I know most places don't like orders at the end of the nite. Case in point....
I ordered simple sonic cheeseburger, fries and a coke at the drive thru.
As always the employees that work there are always very nice and courteous.
The young lady handed me my order and I headed home. (didn't check the order)
I get home and the fries were not even subpar. They were so cold they were not even reheatable.
So I called and the manager was super nice and gave me a free meal for another day.
I wish other Restaurants had this kind of customer care. She just fixed it and that is why I gave 4 stars. I will stick to tater tots from here on out.

We waited at the ordering machine for a very long time and nobody would take our order. We went to the window and watched all of the employees stand on their phones while we sat at the window waiting for somebody to take our order or event acknowledge we were there. After our order was taken, we watched an employee vaping over the food!!! We confronted the worker and they lied and said they didn’t. We watched them. Very unprofessional, unsanitary, and truly a bad experience.

This location use to be great and consistently good quality. The past 3 times I've been here, The meat taste very very gamey. The last combo I ordered I could not eat. it was so nasty tasting. I will not return again.

The service is always good. But, the new "groovy" fries are far from groovy. I don't know what sonic was thinking! Their other fries were far superior to these! These always taste stale in my chili cheese fries. Sad.

I mean everyone seems to be nice and that’s great but when someone orders two medium mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce maybe PUT THE MARINARA IN THE BAG. It’s not a hard job I promise.

I went to order from Anna Sunday November 3rd at about 9:20 am. She took part of my order, and instead of asking if I wanted anything else. She gave me the total for the first part and moved on to the next stall order. The food was good as usual. The only reason for the 3 stars is for the service at the stall.

My mom and I stopped at Sonic, I pulled into the stall and pushed the red button. A kid comes over and says their headsets are not working. It’ll be anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. I asked, may I go through the drive through and then park back here to eat it? He responded, I don’t know if we can allow that. I asked, can you take our order and I’ll give you cash to pay and you bring me change? Again he says, our headsets are not working. As I watch people continue to get their food in the drive through… so we left. They can’t take a small order without a headset…
