07 Dec 2024, 8:45 pm. Normally I really like Sonic but tonight I got probably the worst Sonic I've ever had. I got my food and it's all cold. I only had a three mile drive to home and it shouldn't be cold. And I mean cold, as in less than room temperature. The fries were cold and had been over cooked. Hard and brown. Avoid this Sonic at all costs!

take out, got home starving,and Large tots a double sonic cheeseburger, both tasted like they had been sitting there for an hour drying out the burger patties and the tots were like sawdust! Could barely eat any of it so disgusted and disappointed! ☹️ DO BETTER AND DON'T SERVE PEOPLE THIS NASTY FOOD! You're welcome for the WONDERFUL REVIEW! 🤨

The elderly lady had alot of trouble taking my order, I assume it was the same elderly lady that brought me my order. I gave her my card since screen wasn't working, she came back and told me my card wouldn't work swiping(no chip reader I guess). So I gave her the numbers which really frustrated her. Throwing her hands up and complaining all the way back inside. Good food though.
I just spent 30min on a slush and a sonic blast and they didn't say sorry or anything... Nothing East Sunshine is almost as bad a Norh Glenstone.

I was in line for a good 10 minutes and the food was gross. I ordered 2 foot long chili cheese coneys and there was barely any chili on them. The chili looked almost black and was disgusting. I won't be back

Had the worst experience at around 10pm on 10/8/24!!! Gave us rotten shakes, literally the dairy was bad! The manager was super rude and replaced the shakes but was still bad, I even showed them the smell and chunks, they did nothing. Was super rude!

Couldn't tell you about the food. We've on a Friday after normal lunch rush, waited 20+ minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we pushed the red button, and never heard a word. Finally had to leave.
If you're hungry, find somewhere else. This place apparently isn't interested in selling food.
