Ordered 2 combos and 2 Wacky Packs. Husband's drink was diet, not regular. Missing an entire burger and had to go back through. Everyone was nice but no apology for the inconvenience.
Live close by and this is best Sonic that I've ever been to. Staff is always friendly. I have not been to a bad Sonic in Springfield, but have in other places, but this one is consistently great
This location has good food quality.Their technology for payment systems, microphones, speakers, and more is lacking a needed upgrade because it seems the service can't hear what we are saying, and keeps asking to repeat while having popping scratching audio. When finished giving an order the past 3 times we were not able to pay at the stall. Making someone walk away and out of sight with our debit/credit card to pay. This is a huge risk where we have no idea what they are...
