Ordered a medium chill cheese fries and this is all u get. And the burritos are so small and barly have anything in it. The shake also came out soupy. Never again will I be back

Extremely rude service, please train your employees to have more tact and respect to customers. If you dont like your job then go some where else, there is no reason to take it out on the customer. They also had some chick named Zoey give me coupons because she said she wanted a 5 star review and after I left I realized they were expired coupons. According to the other reviews, looks like the whole crew needs cleaned out. You're welcome.

Every time I order a super sonic bacon double cheeseburger from the sonic on W. Sunshine by the Bass Pro it seems like they don't care about how i request for my sandwich to be made. Like this evening (10-20-25) I ordered my food and asked what came on the burger and was told mayo, lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, and of course 2 patties. I requested to add ketchup and that was all. I get home to eat my food and I bite i to the sandwich and have a mouth full of pickles. And no ketchup. I don't like dill pickles but apparently the sandwich maker at this particular store either doesn't know what comes on a burger, can't read the screen, or just doesn't care if it's made correctly.

Incredibly rude made me pay for the cheese dip that IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT it said shawn was on his way with my order 2 times and i waited 25 minutes for a pretzel and mozzarella sticks i am very disappointed in this sonic i am a regular at sonic and this is disgraceful i will never bring back my service and i will 100% be letting people know this sonic is horrid

Waited 15min in drivethru for 1 drink,4 cars in front of me after getting order i had to ask about my change while waiting i see the girl go across the store & start putting another order togeather. Then she comes right past the window heads outside goes out of sight comes back past window & goes to putting another order togeather doing nothing about my change,now 3 to 4min have past still no change now its obvious she is doing every thing she can to keep my change ,its hot im pissed and she just ripped mee off,is this how you managers train your employes at the drive thru.I will expect a reply from this stores manager soon or il move around them to someone higher up
