I never leave reviews! But heck this particular location! They never get my order right! Like never! The only reason I'm forced to stop is because it's close to my work. The morning shift at this location sucks so bad! Don't spend your time or money at this location pick a different one especially in the morning. To the morning shift, get your stuff together! Three mornings in a row you couldn't get a simple order right! I was the only car in line at 7:50 and they rushed me like they were jam packed so they could get back to their conversations! I think I'll never go to this location again and I truly hope they remove the lazy bunch of excuses they call their employees on the morning shift! It's beyond making a mistake it's out of pure laziness and neglect! I hate you sonic morning shift you've ruined my morning for the last time! A bunch chatty tweakers with terrible work ethic that can't tell the difference between bacon and sausage!

There were 2 other cars and we still waited over fifteen minutes for a couple of drinks, and two were incorrect despite ordering in app, and the sodas were flat on arrival

THEIR system malfunctioned and we got lectured for it. Our order popped up on the screen and then our screen froze and I guess the order didn’t go through. Waited a couple minutes just to see if they got it, and then when i finally did call in they were immediately placing blame ? “Do you like… know how to check in on the mobile app?” Yes Zoe I do. I told you what the problem was. Then Zoe said “well next time…instead of waiting 12 minutes let us know.” Like okay girl you got me there, but lord ? I swear I’m not a Karen I never leave reviews like this but I pray Zoe is humbled a bit. Peace and love otherwise

Messed up my burger three times, the second time they didn't look at the previous order and I read the name of the item wrong. They kept adding cheese. They were super kind about the situation still thanks Sonic.

Went through the drive thru with a friend and waited for a good ampunt of time then when we left i realized i was missing 4 corn dogs. Then we get home and i ordered a number 2 with no pickle or onion. Burger is loaded with onion. Didnt even get my fries got pickle fries and was also missing a small fry. This was ridiculous.
