Update 2025, January: Food has improved a bit! Service is hit or miss, depending on the time of day or whatnot, but they're usually really polite carhops.
Old post, 2024: While they must not have had a car hop, they were polite about letting us know they were only taking online orders at the stalls or drive-thru orders. We just got drinks and they were great, as per usual!
Ordered breakfast burritos (1 super sonic ult meat and cheese 1 ss breakfast burrito no jalapeño and 1 burrito sausage) I have never had such terrible food anywhere the first burrito had no cheese the second had hardly anything in it and none of the tots were even warm (seemed like someone recorded them) it's insane I have to remember which one I can eat at sad

This was by far one of the best Sonic's I've eaten at. I always order a large drink, and this is the 1st time I was offered to upgrade my combo to a large. The food was even hot and fresh. While we were eating out meals, we witnessed one of the carhops come out and clean clean/disinfect the menu/call buttons. I've never seen that happen at any of the Sonics I've eaten at. I will definitely eat here again, and I recommend this Sonic to anybody to anybody who likes fast food.

This might be the biggest Sonic I’ve ever been too! I shouldn’t have asked for one breakfast salsa, specifically because then I got zero salsa. Try not to be wasteful and you get nada lol but otherwise great food and cool chill spot

Worst Sonic in Springfield. Placed my order on the app and checked in. 30 minutes goes by and my order never arrives and so I press the button to let them know and they acted like they never got the order. The lady says well you have to check in to your stall honey. I said “Honey” I did check in, I’m waiting out here in Stall # 14. She couldn’t seem to tell me what happened, she was just extremely rude and shut off the speaker. The lady brings out my order, and no surprise, cold fries so I tell them, I’ve sat here for 30 minutes waiting and I want hot fries not cold ones. No apologies by the manager just rudeness. I won’t be back. You all suck. ?

Sonic is my favorite place to buy mozzarella sticks and soft drinks. If you use their app, it's so much easier and cheaper, too.
