I got drink at night it fell off my hand and I tried them to ask them for a new one.They told me you have to buy new one cant remake the other day I talked with the morning shift manager and they told me.I'm sorry and she was so helpful.But the night shift manager no thanks for the morning shift manager for helping

The food is what you'd expect from Sonic, and the location is kid-friendly with a playground and well-maintained grounds. However, this location appears to be significantly understaffed. I've visited twice in the past year, and both times my wait for a burrito and drink exceeded ten minutes; once in the drive-thru and once when ordering through the app. While the staff is always kind, the extended wait times set this Sonic apart from any others I've been to.

Never had one order be anywhere near timely. Always waited at least 20 minutes for something simple as two drinks and that’s on a good day. I don’t know if they’re critically understaffed or just not given any form of time keeping devices but this is wildly out of place for any Sonic experience.

Customer service was good however when you have 2 toddlers trying their hardest to take a bite of their corn dogs 😡 so you try it to see what's wrong well I think these have sat there since last week! I'd be super embarrassed to send food out to anyone looking like this or being this old I guess they thought we wouldn't know since it's for the kids .....

Since when do you guys charge extra for cheese with a soft pretzel twist? Nickel and dime us and we find somewhere else to eat. Service was very slow as well.

Person taking my order was rude, took almost an hour to make 2 burgers, smasher came with no condiments or sauce literally just meat and cheese, onion rings were like half cooked, carhop gave attitude when I asked to fix the smasher then took another 20 minutes to make it. If it was just one or a few of any of these things I wouldn’t leave a review but like dang cmon now. Overall bad experience.

Once again they missed up my order Tried to make up for it. Offered free Replacement order. Just do it right the first time

That was the fastest I have ever received my food at any fast food restaurant ever. So serious. I had ordered at a stall, paid with my card and within 2 minutes (probably less) my food came out hot and fresh. It also is not dead here so my jaw actually dropped. Joseph rocks!
