I ordered chili cheese fries for delivery. Now, obviously, once the food gets to me it's not going to be piping hot and that's expected. What I got however, was disgusting and inedible. The fries were hard and cold. When I say hard, I am not exaggerating when I say that I could not even chew them. The chili was obviously the last bit of the batch that had been sitting all day and looked like it had been screaped off of the bottom of the pan. It was black, dry, and bitter. I will never order delivery from sonic again, nor will I ever visit this location. Corporate will also be notified.

First of all, I understand that 10 pm could be considered by some to be kinda late and maybe they've already been there a few hours and ready to go home. BUT it's Friday night and they are open until midnight so it's not that late, I don't see why it took 20 min to get my food with only 2 other cars in booths when I pulled in and 2 more go through the drive-thru while I wait for my food?? POSSIBLY because they were taking extra care to prepare quality food? WRONG!! Looks like the Boston strangler had his way with my bun, and it was clearly that way before they added a half cooked Weiner and a tablespoon of chili. That's not to mention the cold cheesy tots that I had to use 2 forks to pry apart because they had all hardened into one brick.

The young lady that brought my order, was friendly, and chipper.
While they must not have had a car hop, they were polite about letting us know they were only taking online orders at the stalls or drive-thru orders. We just got drinks and they were great, as per usual!

What happened to your burgers? Did you change meat? At the cost of over 10 bucks your bacon super sonic cheese burger tastes like complete garbage. I've tried it many times now thinking I'm getting old meat but it's consistently horrible. Please address this issue as a company because it can't be helping your bottom line. Not going back till a change happens. Bye Sonic.

I like that drive-in type restaurants like Sonic exist, it's a friendlier feel. Food is predictable/consistent/flavorful, which is a plus, and customer service is generally pleasant.

Don’t ask or pay for extra add ins for your drinks or condiments with your meal they won’t put it in anyways. I know it’s only 50 cents but if I ask for extra real fruit cherry with my drink I’m expecting it to be in there.
