The food was excellent as well as the service, but my party was a little thrown off by the atmosphere. They had Christmas decorations up which was great, but while sitting there trying to enjoy our excellent cuisine we had to listen to the gangster rap music they had playing fairly loudly over the speakers. Not something a wholesome family or anyone over the age of 25 wants to listen to while trying to enjoy some good food…..it really took away from the experience to be honest. It’s not a relaxing environment, so I recommend getting your food to go. The prices are on the higher side but reasonable and worth it considering the portions plus quality of food, that being said I sure did not expect that type of music to accompany that type of food.

What an unexpected little surprise in Springfield, MO. Brunch menu did not disappoint with a variety of savory and sweet. While it was a bit pricier than other brunch spots- it’s well worth it due to the fact that it’s not a chain, it’s not usual, and the food was fantastic. Add to the fun names of entrees like the fancy sandwich or the diva and drinks like the brunch buddy, the “I’ll take it black(out) coffee, and of course the momosa (selections of peach, mango, cranberry, and mango). The JJ brunch option was divine! The biscuits were pillowy butter yumminess with a perfect egg and creamy, salty meets savory goodness of the gravy- the bacon was a bit underdone for my taste but the flavor- omagoodness!!!!! The breakfast burrito was also a huge hit with its surprise of fries in the little tortilla boats of beauty. I can’t wait to travel through again and try the Brussels and Beef!!!

Service is good but the people here are usually so loud you can't hear without also yelling and the food is mid. It's all drowning in onions and garlic like they don't know how to use anything else and the restaurant stinks of it and uses so much it was burning our eyes. It's a limited menu of versions of the same couple of things, it changes but it's always out of place weird experimental topping on something and they're usually just not great. Everything has a lot of cheese, and onions so if that's what you like then it's here. If you like any more subtle or rounded dishes it's a pass. Maybe it will get better next menu change but 3 times might be enough for me. It's also overpriced for what it is.

Alright so we found this place and the food looked amazing and once we got there we realized it wasn't really the restaurant vibes, more of a bar scene. HOWEVER we were literally on our way out when the server asked if we wanted a booster seat because our son was with us so we ended up staying. Oh. My. Gosh. Incredible food, amazing server, immaculate vibes, great drinks, AND this is the first ever place in my life that had a tampon/pad box that was ACTUALLY FULL!!! I know we have all experienced those metal boxes in places that are never stocked but the girls bathroom was so great and had FREE TAMPONS and was CLEAN. My father in law was with us and that man would not stop singing. The Playlist was amazing. This place is rated highly for a reason. Get the mac n Cheese tortellini.🖤🖤🖤 loved it. OH and i forgot to say we went there at 2-3pm.. hell yeah dude.

Kung Fu Hustle is one of the best meals I’ve had. The salmon was superbly flavorful and the texture just right. The wasabi mashed potatoes were unique. Very flavorful with a little kick but not overwhelming. The fresh crispness of the green beans paired so well. Textures and flavors were top notch!

Very flavorful food, some to the point of being too much, served by friendly staff. The salmon was ok, nothing great. The “wasabi” potatoes only tasted like wasabi the next day, zero wasabi taste when fresh. The potency of the ramen was too much, decent flavor and taste; just way overdone. Prices on both meals were too high for the quality and quantity of food.

Their shrimp tacos are delicious. My son enjoyed his pasta. Not a fan of the potato wedges as they were a little too over fried. Hamburger was fine. Portion sizes are large.

Service was very good. Restaurant was clean. Items arrived in a timely fashion.

Unless you enjoy loud rap music you will not enjoy the ambiance.

Lunch for 2 people including an appetizer and one soft drink was $79, not including tip.
