I’m disappointed in the changes they’ve made. You order from a QR code at the table and seat yourself. It’s very self-service, which to me was kind of unwelcoming. Prices have definitely gone up, which doesn’t really make sense to me. Why take away service and raise prices? Cocktails are ridiculously expensive. When I saw the cocktail I wanted was $18, I said, “Absolutely not!” and ordered a $5 NA Rootbeer instead. Food and drinks are still fine but I don’t feel the prices and lack of service/atmosphere are worth it anymore.

Well sadly it’s a bad review since they have gone horribly downhill. I used to love coming here but they’ve changed how they run everything and it was a disaster. We came in at 5:30 on Valentine’s Day. Realized they are now self seat and no servers. It’s all order at the bar. We ordered food by 5:40. We tried to order two pizzas. They came back to say they had no idea why but no one could order pizzas. Well, that Eliminates half their menu. So we did chicken tenders and two orders of wings. 50 minutes later and nothing. Went to check in it and said nothing was up and they didnt know when it would be. We canceled everything. They had two poor bartenders taking the entire restaurants orders. In addition the bartenders were runners and bussers. It was pitiful. They had two other people helping but for an entire restaurant and full bar it wasn’t enough. EVERYONE was livid. No one could get drunk refills, the stupid line to “self order” food was ridiculous. They don’t even bring you silverware or napkins. What a joke for what used to be a great restaurant and brew co. They need to fix their business model. So sad

What was once a staple downtown experience, sadly fell VERY short of expectations. It's been a few years since we have been, and had some family in town. They mentioned BrewCo, and we were exited to go. Since today was Valentines Day, we decided to go early (4:30pm). They had an event upstairs tonight, but it didn't start until 6pm. Apparently you have to get your own drinks now, which really wasn't a big issue, but we also had to clean a table off and wipe it down ourself before we could sit. You order at the table with a bar code and we paid upfront, since we were not needing to keep a tab open for alcohol. The tip part was a little bit of a dilemma, since we have already got our drinks ourselves and had to clean the prior guests cups and mess. When the food came out, almost everything was very overcooked. The Cashew chicken pieces were the worst, almost black. The Smoked Greene Ghost Chicken sandwich had no flavor and was overcooked to the point that it was very dry and almost rubbery. They did miss one of the orders, my youngest daughter's, hers didn't come out until everyone e else was already done eating. They did comp that meal. The fries were either burnt or tasted like they were an hour old. The Fish part of Fish 'n' Chips was good though. All in all, maybe it was an off night because of tbe party prep going on, but it fell very short of what it used to be. I don't think we would be going back for dinner.

I was at this resturant last night to attend a paint party with easely amused. My boyfriend went to the bar ordered us two drinks and a pizza apprpoximately 545 pm class was starting at 6 pm. He waited for while until 610 then told the bartenders he had to go attend the painting they told him they would bring out the pizza when it was done gave him a number to take to the table. Finally it was close to 7 no food our friend who ordered after us got her food brought out to her in the meantime. So finally he went back up there to see our pizza cold just sitting at the bar noone had brought it out to us. So he asked about why and noone really had an answer went and got a man who was the mgr and he told dave that he could remake and give the money back so my boyfriend assumed he was doing both so he rejoined the class. Finally he showed up handed dave our money back never said a word and left. We assumed we had a new pizza coming as the bartenders had given him a new number earlier. around 730 no food so i went up to the counter and asked where our pizza was to be told no remake was done. They called same mgr over he informed he didn't remake it refunded the money instead I asked why he didn't do both and he told me to take it up with my husband that dave told him we wanted only a refund and that he would have done both but dave told him only a refund. I said well as good customer service you should do both and he said I would have but he said only a refund I said well do it now then and he said no take it up with your husband. So I was there until 8:15 hungry until we left and no food horrible mgmt and customer service experience. I will never eat there again or attend another event there due to the horrible rude service I experienced there. Very expensive food and drinks only to get horrible service. Managers don't argue with customers I've been in management myself for over 40 years this was not the way to handle the situation.

Absolutely stunning, the waitress was courteous and checked on us regularly while balancing her other patrons. The food was great and the atmosphere was very inviting. 10/10.
Sorry brewco, writing this so you understand you need to change
I’m 18 years old and know this is not the way to run an establishment. For starters what has happened to your staff, you understand when people go to a restaurant to sit down the are prepared to pay for service and should receive it. Also I’ve been getting it years and never had an issue but the mac and cheese portion size was beyond disappointing. Please go back what you were doing.
I miss the brewco that had amazing service, food, and live music.

Came in few weeks after Christmas, still looked like Buddy the elf threw up inside…wife loved it. Beers were fantastic, and the pizza was delicious. Well worth stopping in, and they have their own cider in a can!

We had a party of 9. Wasn’t aware of their new ordering system. Had to go to bar to order. When we got there they weren’t that busy. Placed our order at 6:30. Didn’t start getting our food til 8 pm. After talking to the manager. Food was overcooked. Looked nothing like the picture and was luke warm. We never got all of our food. The manager did comp our food which was great, but we were so disappointed in the experience. We had our sons rehearsal dinner here 15 years ago and have enjoyed this establishment for many years. I hope they get this figured out or they will be ruined.

Our family has been regular customers for 25 years at the Brew Co. Tonight’s experience was the last straw. The new limited menu, the total lack of service, no wait staff, clearly no cooks either, and the waiting over two hours for food to come and the appetizers coming AFTER the main course two hours late. I’m so sad that this restaurant has made decisions that have ruined their business. Multiple awful visits in the past 6 months. Will not be back again.
