The pizza oven is a great new addition- the Figgy Piggy was delicious!

We love SBC! It didn’t disappoint. Great pizza and our waitress was so sweet and did a great job. We were there at the busiest time but she did a great job communicating with us about our food and making sure we were taken care of. Great experience!!

We’ve enjoyed this spot for years when it opened up, then moved away but we still come back when we can. It remains consistently great. The new pizza was fantastic. If you’re there in the colder months (and of age), try the Hinterland hot chocolate. Absolutely the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had!

Stopped in with my Son and Wife for lunch yesterday. Atmosphere was great and the Tsarry night beer was awesome. If you like beer with a little higher % this is a solid choice and not too heavy.
Ordered the BBQ pineapple based in a Friends recommendation and it was amazinG. Perfect sweet addition to the BBQ flavor WOWZERS. The Mrs got the Figgy Piggy which I’ve had before. It’s one of the most unique and delicious pizzas we’ve found. Like 5 starts isn’t enough and the best part is getting to take half home for leftovers tomorrow!!! 😁🤙🏽

We stopped here after a cheer competition after reading reviews.
Hoping for a good post comp lunch, and good service.
Neither happened. After we were seated, we were “greeted” by a server lacking both personality and motivation.
It was another 10 minutes before we got our drinks, we got our food within a decent timeframe.
My husband’s fish and chips were okay, and the pizza was good. The wings were meh, and the Mac n cheese with allegedly smoked chicken was just okay.
Definitely wouldn’t go back. Maybe it was an off day, but seriously underwhelmed, as were the other four people at our table.

Visited Brewco last night with my family and sister who was visiting from California. Beers, cocktails, appetizers, cashew chicken, and pizza from the newly installed wood fired oven. Tried the Figgy Piggy and the Margherita pizzas. They were wonderful, with a thin, crispy crust. Our server Andrew, treated us as if we were his only (and preferred) customers, while it was obvious that he had a full room to serve. We could not have had a better experience.

I had the French dip with onion rings. Rings were battered lightly and fried to a crispy crunchy bite! French dip was brisket and au jus which was a lovely combo. Great wheat craft beer to wash it down. Overall wonderful.

We've held our Flight Providers year end party at Springfield Brewing Company for several years now. Each year they do a wonderful job and make us feel welcome! It's nice to book the Beer Room with the large projector to play our year end video. We eat, drink and look back at the last season and start getting excited for this season. Having drinks, food, a projector and great atmosphere in one place makes it very convenient. It's great to have one point of contact with the Bar & Events Management team. Ryan does a great job and takes care of everything. The food is great, the beer is great and it's just nice to have everything at one location with a private room. We plan to continue having our year end party at SBC. This is something our team looks forward to every year.

Food is always great, id give 5 stars but you took the Cuban off the menu. It was the best I’ve had and looked forward to eating every time I came to Springfield.

Look, this place has good food and I enjoy eating here. However, I am over having to pay $6.00 more for “extra wings” with the Mac and getting a total of only 5. The answer for “how many wings come with the Mac?” Is “I don’t know, it depends”. For reference, without extra, I usually get 4. I’m over having to pay a dollar for ice. I’m over getting charged for ingredients requested that never ended up in the meal (i.e. avocado). These are things that shouldn’t have to be contested every visit.

I did not pay this last visit, otherwise I would’ve taken the opportunity to say something about it. So I apologize to management for not getting the opportunity to fix it. Though, being it’s been every visit, these aren’t mistakes.
