Got a red velvet cupcake and a cake in a little tin it was chocolate wedding that is what it said on the side. The cupcake was good better than store bought but not much the cream cheese icing was pretty good but the cake it's self was too light and airy fell apart super easy I was really craving a moist dense sweet cake definitely didn't get that. The cake in the tin was the worst cake I've ever had one bite and yuck could not eat it dry crumby cake with a terrible flavor and disgusting icing. I gave it to my mom to try and she thought the same thing.

Love this bakery. My family and I have been using them for several years. My husband loves the banana cupcake and I love the salted caramel. Definitely some of the best cupcakes in the 417. Owners are very nice and helpful. I enjoy the assortment of baked goods they have in hand. Other than a cupcake my second favorite is the cinnamon rolls! FYI you can get extra icing if you ask! They have a loyalty program so the more you buy then the more rewards you can get. Star Cakes is always a good option for all of your cupcake needs!

Our son wanted a Minecraft themed birthday cake for his 6th birthday. He was so impressed, he said it is better than the picture that we showed them! The cake was so delicious and flavorful, we got a red velvet cake. The fondant was even delicious and flavorful! I’ve had fondant so many times and a lot of the times it does not taste well, this cake was delicious and perfect! The process of ordering was so easy as well, I’m a 1st year teacher so I needed something to be simple and easy and not complicated. I used their request contact form on their website and they reached out a day in a half later via email and got everything set up right then and there. This was also 2 weeks before the event and I thought I had dropped the ball for my son. They made the process of everything so simple and easy. We will definitely be using Star Cakes Bakery for all of our cake needs from now on!

Went in store to inquire about pricing, thanked the coworker and told them I would price shop some more. Thought I ordered online through website and called to inquire about order. Order did not go through but instead of helping me through the process either tried to hang up on more or put me in hold and did neither. Instead I listened to them for a minute or 2 talk rudely about me. Really unprofessional about situation and was kind of disappointing.

I got 20 brownies for my boyfriend’s birthday, and all of them were different sizes, half of them were okay, and the other half was super small that it looks they were cut in half to make 2 portions if you know what I mean, I voiced my concern to the ladies at the cashier, and they book looked at me like I was dumb. Then to top it off, I got home, and we tried them, and the flavor was dry, they were not moist at all.
