I loved my Carmel frappachino and my mom loved her strawberry frappachino although she asked for no whipped cream but they put whipped cream on it anyway, but I am not gonna be the one person who complains about whipped cream.

The baristas here are very friendly and if they make your coffee and it doesnt taste quite to tour liking, they remake it without hassle.

Well, it's a Starbucks and nothing stands out about it....except, at 730 on a workday morning only one person is working...taking orders, microwaving frozen egg wraps and making sugary coffee slushees. Line 6 deep, and the process from walking in and ordering to getting my drink was 25 mins. WTH? Oh, once I ordered, find out they don't have the new Nitro drinks. I suppose if they get staffing buttoned up it will be as fine as any other 'Bux.

After reciving my watery drink lacking the espresso my husband ordered, we realized the cashier with the "banger" chain had shorted us on our change. He handed him money and quickly went to the next person after he said something. After getting home we realized we still didnt recieve the proper change. Weve tried calling about 5 times, no answer. We dont have time to go back. Cant help but think the barista did it intentionally. Dont buy your coffee here unless you want to be stolen from.
