The service here leaves a lot to be desired. I have waited up to 45 minutes for my mobile ordered drink to be ready, today it was only 20 minutes after the app said it would be ready. 3 people were working but only 1 person was making drinks, 1 was running the register and 1 was wiping out cabinets. Some people who were there before me waited so long that they opted to just get their money back. If anyone had even apologized for the wait I wouldn't have left this review.

All employees working between 1pm, and 2 pm made parts of orders. And where setting down multiple orders at once, but only calling one name so part of my order was taken. When standing at the counter the dark haired chick with a clip in her hair, was making snide comments, and being very disrespectful after my mom asked if I'd said anything yet, and I said no still being ignored. They then became nice after my mom came to the counter, asking for her drink. They made it and said someone probably took it. That wouldn't have happened had the been putting full orders down, and calling a name. Not parts.

Every time I go to this Starbucks I am sorely disappointed. There are so many heath codes that aren’t being upheld. Today, the barista who made my food and drink, touched my food with her bare hands instead of using tongs. She also had her hair down.

They should have left this location closed. Today’s staff included a girl in booty shorts and 2 girls wearing normal clothes mostly just hanging out in the back room. Their hair is hanging down all over the drinks they are chatting more than making drinks with a lobby full of customers. The most unprofessional experience I’ve had from Starbucks.

Very bad customer service, not clean facilities . My friend asked to wipe the table where they put coffee and in response they simply turned away and did nothing. What happened, where is the service for the money that the cafe charges for coffee. The prices are high and the service is like in a third country in the world
