Every time I go to this Starbucks I am sorely disappointed. There are so many heath codes that aren’t being upheld. Today, the barista who made my food and drink, touched my food with her bare hands instead of using tongs. She also had her hair down.

They should have left this location closed. Today’s staff included a girl in booty shorts and 2 girls wearing normal clothes mostly just hanging out in the back room. Their hair is hanging down all over the drinks they are chatting more than making drinks with a lobby full of customers. The most unprofessional experience I’ve had from Starbucks.

Very bad customer service, not clean facilities . My friend asked to wipe the table where they put coffee and in response they simply turned away and did nothing. What happened, where is the service for the money that the cafe charges for coffee. Several of us placed our mobile order & it took our money BUT they were NOT open and the person (I use the term lightly) was A HATEFUL WITCH!!!! They told us they would have our orders as soon as they could but NEVER told us when they would be open! This is NOT the first time this particular location has had a RUDE ATTITUDE and we are NOT EVER GOING BACK!

We’ve been here twice this past month and they’ve closed early. I understand things come up but they were literally shooing people away. Not only that but they posted new store hours that said they close at 8pm… I got there at 7:15 and had already ordered on the app and they told me to contact Starbucks for a refund and they refused to make it.
