I recently had my tonsils removed and it's hard for me to speak. I ordered online because it's easier than talking and got in line. Once at the window, a barista repeatedly was rude saying "don't say thank you, you literally placed it 30 seconds ago." And repeatedly complained loudly in front of the window in front of me, stating "you literally just placed it a second ago." I've never had an experience like this nor been treated so rude.

Stood there forever before someone took my order and then they acted like they didn’t know why I was standing at the register. Wait was 42 minutes

New style, this store at E Sunset and Glenstone has no indoor tables or seating at all. It is a very small lobby, only about 12 by 24 ft. It is set up to be a drive-thru service location there are no tables or chairs outside, just one simple wooden bench where you can wait while they make your drink. It is a nice, newer looking store but I was disappointed to find that I couldn't readily stay there to relax and do some work on my computer. The default picture on Google showed some outdoor seating but that is no longer available One of the previous store entrances has been completely blocked. The inside of the building is 90% employee service, storage and cleaning area for store operations, it is not for customers use. No restroom
available that I could see. They're set up to have an extra large,extra-long drive-thru driveway. If you need a store to go into to use table and chairs, I recommend the location at West Republic road and Lexington, about 5 minutes away. Pictures added for your convenience

i used to go to this starbucks pretty frequently, but my last visit was not good… i ordered one small drink and asked for no cinnamon and explained that i was allergic. When I got my drink the girls working were giggling and the one who handed me my drink covered her mouth to try to suppress her laugh. After driving away I realized there was cinnamon in the drink and after my experience at the store i think that may have been deliberate… I was the only one in line it was late, about 30 minutes before closing time. As a restaurant manager i am fully aware of how annoying it can feel to take care of late customers. However it is still your job to take care of them. I am highly allergic to cinnamon so the drink unfortunately went straight in the trash when i got home. It was wasted money and wasted time…

Went and got the mango dragon fruit refresher and it was my first time ordering at Starbucks usually my wife does it and I ordered a grande thinking it was a large but was a small then I asked the employee working the window and she had started arguing with me about it so I just took the small instead of having her change it to the large like I thought I was getting so won’t be returning to that Starbucks.

I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Starbucks. I stopped by the location on Main Street to grab a quick coffee and pastry on my way to work. I had been looking forward to it all morning, but what I got was a subpar experience that left me feeling ripped off.The barista seemed completely disinterested in helping me, taking their sweet time to take my order and then getting it wrong. I asked for a grande iced coffee with room for cream, but what I got was a venti hot coffee with no cream. I was taken aback by the mistake and had to ask them to remake it, which of course took even more time. By the time I got my corrected drink, I had already wasted 10 minutes of my day.To make matters worse, the coffee itself was not even good. It was weak and over-extracted, with a weird flavor that I couldn't quite put my finger on. I've had better coffee at a gas station, let alone a supposedly high-end coffee shop like Starbucks. And don't even get me started on the pastry selection - the "freshly baked" muffin I bought was stale and tasted like cardboard.I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but it's clear that they're not taking pride in their work or caring about their customers. The whole experience left me feeling like I was just another number in a sea of caffeine-fueled zombies. As someone who used to be a loyal customer of Starbucks, I'm shocked and disappointed by the lack of quality and service I received.Overall, I would not recommend this particular location to anyone. In fact, I would advise people to avoid it altogether until they get their act together. One star is even too generous for this subpar experience. Maybe it's time for Starbucks to rethink their business model and focus on actually delivering good coffee and customer service rather than just trying to cash in on the brand's name recognition.
