Service in the drive through is ridiculously slow. Never was greeted at the drive thru. Waited for 15 minutes for a grande iced green tea latte. Two cars in front of me, two drinks each…. Come on. A hello would be nice.

I loved this place before they remodeled. I doubt I will be back. I'll go to another one instead. It seems like every newer or remodeled Starbucks is worse. This is not the only one I've visited after a remodel that is understaffed and more focused on drive-through and mobile orders than walk-in customers. They make that clear because they have nowhere for the walk in customers to sit and wait for drinks. The "lobby" was packed with people standing up waiting to order or get their drink. If Starbucks is going to a drive thru only mentality, 7 Brew might be a better option. When I finally got my drinks, they weren't even right.

Very friendly staff and welcoming environment everytime I come, My absolute favorite store to come to they always have my order done early or right on time I've never had an issue with my order being wrong 10/10 my favorite store in town

Ordered a regular black coffee, which is on hand ready to go. Rather than pouring my coffee and sending me on my way, I stood there while they made specialty brews first. Ridiculous!!

I’m so disappointed in the changes made to this location. My kids and I used to stop in here a lot for drinks and snacks after school, now we have to detour to a different location. Recently, we decided to stop here because my daughter really needed to use the restroom. We planned to buy drinks as well, but they HAVE NO RESTROOM! What the heck?!? We’ll stick with the full service locations.

Online says they close at 9:00. Store says they close at 8:00. They locked everything up early. I had a door dash delivery to do at the store and they said they were closed when they weren't

Called and placed order, went through drive-thru at 8:31pm to pick up drinks and store manager Austin had locked window/doors and would not allow store worker to give me the drinks because they "lock up at 8:30pm for security reasons". I was ONE minute late to their "cutoff" Why would the manager have this major issue with a customer that visits 2x a week? Completely stupid, never coming back here ever again. So crazy.
