The last few experiences haven’t been great. The barista’s act like they don’t want to be there and are kinda rude. More than a handful of times, they have been closed due to whatever reason. I go to this Starbucks because it’s close to my work but I stopped going because the service is horrible.

Did not visit Starbucks, for the most parts I've had with Starbucks they don't shown Vets very much respect and refuses to offer a discount of any kind. Their choice, mine is not to patronize their shops.

While every other coffee shop , even Macdonalds will have decaf on hand or gladly make a pot, you are greeted here when you order a decaf or half caf with a painful explanation of how they don’t have decaf on and what trouble it will be for you to order it.

This Starbucks is nice because there's never a long wait. Very little wait time.
The inconsistencies are killing me. Some days great and topped and made perfect. Than there is this. Never send your husband since he honestly doesnt know what a starbucks drink feels like. Not mad, just dissappointed.

Ordered a caramel ribbon Frappuccino and it tasted awful. I get these often. There were large chunks of ice and I could barely taste the caramel. Just tasted like a blended plain coffee :(

Made mobile order, when I got there all my food was ready and stood in store with my food for ten min. Asked twice to check on it, no apology, no credit nada. Not to mention the girl passing out drinks had her hand on every single mouth of the lid. Gross!
