This Starbucks is the closest to my house but I go to the Sunshine location instead because it takes less time to drive out of my way, wait in the drive through to get my coffee. Paige that works in the afternoon in this location have no sense of urgency, carry on full conversations while you order your coffee, and the coffee is cold every single time. They are randomly closed during the afternoon, no warning. The morning crew are usually on top of it but avoid this location.

Paige is completely incompetent. I went grocery shopping today and decided against my better judgement to get a coffee. I ordered a drip coffee Pike Place BEFORE I grocery shopped. I did a full grocery haul and when I came back to Starbucks to get my drink, my drink was not ready. I asked Paige why and she said she was brewing a new pot of coffee? It takes 25 minutes to brew a pot of coffee? Insane.

So I was never greeted, there was one person waiting for her coffee, two employees and a trainee gave me the side eye for 4 to 5 min, one employee looked like she slept in a ditch the night before her shift, no one ever acknowleded me so I took my multiple drink order to a different company with a numeral in their name, Horrible location , unfortunately not my first bad experience here. Sad its on my way to work. Do better....

I stood there they were obviously making different person's order... I was never greeted just stared at ... Until finally after standing there for 5 minutes the girl said how can I help you and I said my order and she said oh you need to go down there and just pointed down the line ridiculous customer service...

Came in an hour before close and was told that they can’t make anything with espresso because they have already cleaned everything. What’s the point of listing you close at 8 when apparently you close at 7.

I followed Google to what I thought would be a regular Starbucks. At first I was disappointed that it was in Price Cutter, but I am glad we stayed. They still have seating, and it wasn't as crazy busy as regular Starbucks can be.Service was great.

The display food had a Bud on them, I mention it to the ladies ( three of them) and none of them blink an eye. I mention to them that apple map is telling people they have three star on Yelp, they all say …” that’s crazy…” but you can tell it did not bother them. One of them told me that they were the cleanest but that was after I saw the bug on the food display.
