Every time I come after noon it's the worst customer service, they're all just standing around laughing and talking which would be cool if they actually engaged with the customer too and didn't take 5 minutes for 1 drink that was ordered ahead😒
The last time i was there they didn't make my drink right and instead of fixing it and re-doing it they just poured half out and put some cold foam on top.

Came to order large cup of coffee, Person at the register, checked the machine and said we have Pike roast… I said great, I’ll take it. Seven minutes later, no coffee… Then the story changes apparently nothing is brewed… Then, finally, when I did get it … It was a lukewarm cup of coffee… And tasted old. I got the leftovers from pots with old coffee. No thank you .., please keep my money, keep your coffee. I will not ever be back to this Starbucks. Starbucks, please hire people who are truthful and are willing to work!!!

I have been to this location 4 times and will not go back to order a drink I will order food though. Every time I have been to this location, my usual the Mango dragonfruit refresher made with water and light ice has never been made right. Two of those times my drink tasted like soap. I just came to the Campbell location and ordered my usual. The guy that made it, I asked and his name is Carter. I think that anyone who makes the dragonfruit refresher made with water and light ice needs to learn from Carter. It would prevent any mishaps. Carter you did an amazing job brother and I am so thankful I didn't have to waste my drink and be upset.

The quality of the drinks is fine, and orders almost always correct and prompt.

This is a personality issue. I won't pretend I have many options but to use this location, which I know you will Lord over me. The number of times you've threatened to tamper with my drinks/food with bodily extractions, taken my food unnecessarily to the back, the whiplash from how one visit everyone is friendly and polite, to the next insulting me and questioning my sanity/integrity when there is no reason before now for you to even know my name since I put the online ordering under my mother's.

I don't expect things to change. I do feel the need to express how repugnant I find this behavior, and it didn't have to be this way.
