Had a mobile order today, waited at the counter for 25 minutes before asking if my order was close to being ready (just had 2 coffees and people after me were starting to get their orders). Employee said they gave it away to another Courtney by mistake. OK that happens but if they knew they did that so quickly why did they not tell me, and why did they not make another one to replace it? But after 35 minutes there for a mobile order finally got our coffee. They didn't do anything to remedy the situation just made our coffee and moved on.

Personally, I won’t be coming to this location anymore. You fired my favorite barista, Jewel. She put all of her love into her drinks and her customer service was always immaculate. It’s your loss at the end of the day.

I just wanna brag on the girl working the drive-through today/drive-through window! She was absolutely amazing, I have never met such a friendly, sweet, caring person before. Highly recommend this location. I wish I would of asked her name but she has pinkish/purplish kinda hair! Anywho, I’ll defiantly go to this location for now on!

Not only does he pay attention to what you want and make it properly, he does it with a cheery, humorous attitude.
