They say they close at 8. This should mean you can place an order until 8, but it doesn't. When they don't feel like working anymore they turn the lights off even if it's not 8 yet. If you don't want to serve after 7:45, then say that you close at 7:45. Don't falsely advertise 8. I did my part and was there on time. Now do your part and sell me coffee.

Great location within Target in Bradford Park, its only store in Springfield. The coffee was also as good as that from other Starbucks stores.
This Starbucks is always SO SLOW. Even when they aren’t busy they take forever and half the time they are out of what you want. The staff friendliness is also really hit and miss at this location. Sometimes the staff is great, other times they are just flat out rude.

I don't drink coffee so I really cannot give you opinion one way or the other I know other people likes it they like going there I can say I don't drink coffee but I've been there with other people and every time I've been in there I've been nice and quiet been a good place but like I said myself I can't give you a really a good answer because I don't drink coffee

The store ran out of drink carriers 3 weeks ago, and 2 store's we went to didn't have the flavors of refreshers. I love Starbucks normally but due to covid and them not being able to get the things that they need it makes the experience of Starbucks not so fun.

My sister worked at this location in 2017 when she lost her life. When I called the manager, Brandy, to let her know she had the audacity to ask me "Why are you calling me and not her?" Then proceeded to hang up on me when I started crying. Absolutely vile person who doesn't care about anyone but herself.
