Starbucks

This location has never disappointed me, even this time, I’m not necessarily disappointed, but I hope this can be fixed for future drinks.

When I looked at my matcha drink (which is normally PERFECT), there was solid matcha powder on the inside of the cup. Which can be normal if it settles, but this was near the rim of the cup. I’m not even sure how that happens…

Unfortunately, I didn’t notice before I left, maybe I thought it was the design of the Christmas cup in my dark car or something. I took a big sip and got a chuck of green powder. Not good!

I’ll just mix it up when I get home.

Again, I love this location, but that wasn’t the best matcha I’ve had.

I’ve never had an issue with this location before but me and my friend pulled up to the drive thru and the girl asked us what we wanted then my friend she stretched and made a really loud noise and then we both giggled and said “just one second” then a new voice came over the intercom and said “we’re not serving you, you can leave”. I’m not sure if it’s cause the loud noise made them think we were yelling at them or something or maybe us laughing and asking for a second pissed them off but I’ve never been turned away from here before. Just laughably bad customer service over a misunderstanding.

Coffee is good, but the staff is unfriendly, rude to customers, and slow. I won't be returning to this Starbucks.

After flying in from out of state I choose this Starbucks since it had a higher rating. It did not disappoint! ☺️ they got my order right and in a timely manner! (Also very clean) Which is awesome since I'm worn out and so hungry/thirsty 😅 -Claira

Drive thru lady told me that they will only do my drink this way once bc no one gets it made like this.... it was a matcha made with water instead of milk... I get it this way thanks to a batista at my normal Starbucks.

It’s by far the best Starbucks in the area! We’ve been going here since we moved to Springfield, not to mention, the people here are always friendly. They relatively busy though they manage very well. I think it’s safe to say the public would benefit from opening a new corporate Starbucks on or near Republic Rd.

I will never be coming back to this location. I ordered cold brew sweet cream* and they obviously didn't make it right or didn't put any sweet cream in it because it was tasteless. this stuff's too expensive for them to be making drinks. inefficiently

This location is lovely, as well as peaceful, but more than anything one of the baristas made my day; and helped me through my horrible sense of indecisiveness.. thank you so much Haley, I am grateful for your kindness, patience, and eagerness to help me with figuring out my coffee order; I hope I did not bother you too much, but I just wanted to give you my thanks once again, as your kindness means a lot to me!

I love this Starbucks location. It's larger than all others I've been in. It has a 60's or 70's vibe with the furniture style. Plenty of places to sit. The baristas were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the beginning of Starbucks' story. My sister and I purchased gifts of Missouri cups and some ground coffee.

Convenient location very friendly staff and super quick in-store service (much faster than Drive-thru).

This place has spotty service. It's better than it was but still never sure if you'll get what you order. Also, not Starbucks consistent in taste

Amazing service! The staff are so friendly and made me feel so welcomed. The store is really clean and nice, and my fiance said the bathrooms are really nice too. If we weren't in a hurry, I would absolutely and sat there to enjoy my drink. The vibes are calm and bright, and my drink was delicious!
