This was a clean Starbucks. The staff was super friendly and kind. All my food except the ham croissant was good. The ham seemed to taste funny. Other than that, I totally recommend this location.

My very favorite Starbucks, they are very efficient. The food and drinks are always yummy and always. Your drink is warm.There is no screw ups here that i've found so far.They've always been very efficient and excellent on getting what you pay for.

Always make my shaken espresso right , other locations do not make it right , I come here only cuz the drink is right and it actually taste like a espresso/shaken, thank you guys for your hard work

So I usually order the mango dragonfruit base with the dragonfruit inclusions on the side. This morning when I went to order my usual. Apparently the manager at the Republic rd location in Springfield told the employee that was working the drive through they can't do that anymore. I asked why cause I had been getting it like that for a couple of months now. The nice employee said the manager just made the decision. Then the nice employee asked me if I still wanted to get the order I said yes thinking ok well at least I'll still get the inclusions. To my surprise there was no inclusions. So, I got ripped off. You know it's disheartening when you over charge people for drinks and when they find a way to make it cheaper. You turn around and screw them out of ingredients. 1 large mango dragonfruit base cup will make roughly 7 to 8 drinks 7 Xs 6.65 is almost $47.00. The birthday cake pops or the chocolate pops are 2 for 3.50 at Walmart. At Starbucks they are like 4 bucks for 1 smdh.
The employees are absolutely beautiful and nice people. However the manager is a different story. You owe me Mr. or Mrs. manager for the inclusions. You should have put those inclusions in my drink or put them on the side and this message would not be being posted. Don't rip people off.
