Love Starbucks. The workers seemed very efficient and were flat out moving product. My complaint is that now with app orders being so prevalent, it takes forever to get a single cup of coffee. We came into the store to order. My son pretty much got his breakfast order immediately. But we stood there 10 minutes waiting on my latte, while watching people walking in over and over to pick up their orders and walking out. I get the convenience of using the app and have used it myself. But the in-store experience is suffering because of it.

Super clean store, they never mess up my order. Staff is super kind. Tex and Austin always greet me by name and make me feel welcome 10/10

While visiting your store to grab a quick coffee, Austin was very rude to me. I was asking my daughter to check if I had a tick on my back due to a very bad itch. I lifted the back of my shirt to have my daughter check if that was the case. He for no reason told me to "keep my shirt on, because this is a public space". I would never improperly take off my shirt in a store. And not in a friendly way he spoke. He being a 26 year old boy talking to a 43 year old man in front of his daughter like that in my opinion is very very unprofessional. Read all my other reviews, I never post a review like this. I'm saddened by this behavior and would think in the future a business with this much popularity wouldn't condone talking to customers in this way.

Worst Starbucks in town. The ONLY time I have problems is at this location. The drinks are never 100% which is whatever, but when you ask them to remake the drink the manager girl with the long eyeliner is ALWAYS soooo rude. I get the same drink everyday at a different location and it's perfect everytime.So my drink wasn't made correctly, I wasn't upset just wanted it remade- the long eyeliner lady gave me attitude and said thats how the drink is made (its not because i get it EVERYDAY) so i told her no, i get this everyday and it's never like this. she finally agrees to remake it after arguing. i havent even mentioned the fact that i had to wait 15 mins for the first drink and then had to wait another 15 for the second drink. they made the second drink and out of spite or lack of care DIDNT EVEN MIX IT. all the syrups and everything was at the bottom of the cup and it was basically half coffee half cold foam. I will NOT be returning and the eyeliner girl should be reported for lack of customer service. wack
