Polite staff...I've gone here a few times when I'm om this side of town...However, coffee is just awful. Cup is either filled to brim with ice or they serve coffee that was made through their broken espresso machine, giving the drinks a nice watery flavor. I will not return to this location after the product I received today.

So I'm not sure what the deal is with this Starbucks, but either my order is made wrong or it's just very bland I have given this particular location multiple trys thinking it was just a mistake. This is my sixth time going there now. I'm leaving a bad review.It's the same experience every single time

Rude and overwhelmed staff but do not go here in a hurry. The drive through takes over 15 minutes even if there are only 2 cars in the line. This is the slowest Starbucks in Springfield. This morning I waited 18 minutes in the line with 2 cars in front of me! Then another 6 minutes to make my DRIP coffee black. This was before 7 am. This happens anytime I go. Even if I go inside, i wait longer. Avoid this one. The McDonald’s next door has way faster service if you’re in a hurry and want coffee.

This is our favorite place to stop at on our way to Branson. As a wheelchair user there is plenty of room to get around and the bathrooms are very nice. There is a lot of room in each stall/area which is a huge perk to us. The coffee here (into cold brew) is always perfection as well as their treats (we love the cake pops). The staff is very friendly and professional.

Came in today with only 2 girls working 15+ cars in the parking lot + inside. They did a great job, but they definitely needed help. I feel as though it doesn’t matter how “big” Starbucks is, they should have pulled people over from another location to help. As I am in a similar industry as a manager, I feel for these girls. Outstanding job setting great expectations with your customers and still providing great customer service to these girls. 4/23/25.
I finally found a drink i like ! I used to complain about how much a 3lb can of coffee cost. Now I'm spending nearly that for a drink! IDK... addicted
Terrible coffee and the food was stale
Worst Starbucks experience ever. No wonder there isn’t a line at this one. Got upset that I ordered 5 minutes before I got there when the app said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. They then made my order wrong and said it was my fault because I was there too early. Makes no sense. They decided to give me a lecture in the drive thru in front of family. Mortifying to say the least. Called corporate and they made it right, but I would avoid these guys.

Im what u might call a “frequent flyer” at Starbucks in general but this store is one i often find myself. Today and yesterday I was sadly let down! I have 2 specific orders i usually go for. One of which includes an add on of mango dragon fruit inclusions. On the app ordering you cannot request scoops of said fruit on the top of the drink. This is my favorite part of the drink to a point if i dont have that part is rather order my other drink. I asked this young lady if i could pay for 2 scoops of the dragon fruit inclusions but was informed its “not allowed” 😳! This normally wouldn’t be a big deal really but i have had one of the worst couple of weeks and today was no different. Working at a hospital is very mentally challenging a majority of the time so, its the little comforts that I look to in order to power on… the attitude was that she just didn’t want to deal with it and after getting completely ignored the day before when i went inside to get a bag of coffee beans (didnt even want them ground, i prefer to do this myself) I have to say I dont find myself returning to this location for a very long time, if ever.
Went through the drive thru at 7:15 pm and was told they close at 7:00 pm now? This does not match the hours listed online so I am not sure if this is temporary or they just need to update thier information .
Kenna was our barista and she was absolutely amazing. She was the only one working and she nailed our drinks! Please give her a raise and some recognition!
