This is our favorite place to stop at on our way to Branson. As a wheelchair user there is plenty of room to get around and the bathrooms are very nice. There is a lot of room in each stall/area which is a huge perk to us. The coffee here (into cold brew) is always perfection as well as their treats (we love the cake pops). The staff is very friendly and professional.
Came in today with only 2 girls working 15+ cars in the parking lot + inside. They did a great job, but they definitely needed help. I feel as though it doesn’t matter how “big” Starbucks is, they should have pulled people over from another location to help. As I am in a similar industry as a manager, I feel for these girls. Outstanding job setting great expectations with your customers and still providing great customer service to these girls. 4/23/25.
Im what u might call a “frequent flyer” at Starbucks in general but this store is one i often find myself. Today and yesterday I was sadly let down! I have 2 specific orders i usually go for. One of which includes an add on of mango dragon fruit inclusions. On the app ordering you cannot request scoops of said fruit on the top of the drink.
